Barn, Alaric and Josette's Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony has terribly and traumatizingly descended into chaos, and people are screaming in excruciating agony across the room from the impact. Some of the attendees of the party are already dead, and many more are injured or critically and tragically dying, including one of Cassie and Jo's friends, a professor from campus as well who is already dead due to a sharp broken shard of glass which telekinetically cut her throat.

Cassie is weeping on top of her friend's cold dead body, but Caroline found her and pulls her in for a comforting hug while thoughtfully giving her support. Damon is kneeling on the floor at the front of the altar, where he is clutching Elena's unconscious body against his lap and desperately trying to awaken her, though she remains unconscious and limp in his arms.

"Come on. Hey, wake up. Elena?" Damon anxiously bites his right wrist and tries to feed her vampire blood immediately in horror. No, no, no, no, no.

On the other end of the altar, Alaric is holding Jo, whose eyes are closed and whose abdomen is bleeding heavily, soaking his hands and clothes. He looks devastated to the point where he can do nothing but sob desperately. Meanwhile, Joshua struggles to stand to his feet by bracing himself on a chair, obviously furious as he looks around the room and shouted out for Kai. Damon is trying to feed Elena his blood, but she's not conscious to be able to actively drink it that the blood simply dribbles down her chin.

"Come on, just drink it. No!" Damon becomes horrifically distraught and starts looking around for the others in a panic, "Stefan? Rosie? STEFAN?!"

All of them were knocked backward by Kai's powerful magic, being the leader of his notorious coven, that they are covered with blood from the broken glass and projectiles hitting them. Isaac, Caroline, Cassie, Stefan and Rosie see Damon clutching Elena's unconscious body. In instinctual alarm, Cassie gasps and looks away, in hopes that Minerva will show up.

"She won't wake up." Damon reported hopelessly for any of their aid.

"Oh my God." Caroline gasped at the horrifying sight of her best friend.

"She won't wake up. I don't understand." Damon added on in a slight panic.

"Get her to the hospital, now." Rosie informed him urgently.

Damon realizes that this is the obvious solution that he scoops Elena up in his arms and vamp-speeds away. Caroline turns to Isaac with fearful eyes.

"She's human, what if she doesn't--"

Suddenly, Stefan, Isaac, Rosie and Caroline's necks are instantly snapped in mid-air, making Cassie gasp and instantly turn around as the four vampires fall. Kai is revealed to be the one who have used magic to break their necks as he is standing behind them, "Nothing personal, but this is a family matter now." Kai smiles mischieviously as he casually spoke to the fearful Cassie, "Yeah, I wouldn't hurt me if I were you. But hey, I'm really sorry for all this mess I've caused, it's really because I don't have much of a choice in the matter, so could you like, forgive me for ruining your hair and, the gown--"
