A/N: Extra ideas in the HP universe I either scrapped or will rewrite.

CASSIA "CAZ" POTTER WAS not important. She did not save the world, she did not do anything extraordinary.

It wasn't a secret that Caz was an accident. While she knew her parents loved her, it was hard to not be compared to her brother. Harry— the Auror who was engaged and happy and perfect —never seemed to make a mistake. When she was born he was already ten, a year away from Hogwarts and an eternity away from his sister.

Caz wasn't like Harry. While she shared his messy brown hair and tan skin— inherited from their father —she was a klutz, unsure of herself. She banged her head on things constantly, even if she was shorter than her brother and father. She wasn't some skilled Auror, adored by hundreds— she was just Cassia.

She wished she could have gone back. Back to when her brother was at Hogwarts still and her parents weren't as tired, as old. Sure, they were young when they had Harry and only in their early thirties when they had Caz, but to her, they seemed ready to retire from parenthood.

It wasn't fair.
