Jennifer POV
"Honey lets get going," My mom called from downstairs.

"Just a sec," I yelled back. When I zipped up my suitcases, I skipped down the stairs and turned around. I had one last look before my dad told me to hurry.

I dragged my suitcase onto the trunk and helped my little brother with his. We were moving just a few miles. Since I don't have a car and my parents work early. My older brother takes the younger one the other direction from my school.

In my family, I have my mom, dad, older brother Liam, and my younger brother Jim.

We all hopped in the car until one voice stopped me. My best friend, Sammy. She waved her hands in the air and ran towards me.

"Hey, guess what?" She asked still trying to catch her breath.

"What?" I asked curiously.

"I'm moving to the same school!" Sammy squealed.

I thanked the Goddess for not letting me go alone and told Sammy that I had to go and will find her at school tommorrow

It took 30 minutes to arrive at our destination and we all unpacked. My dad opened the door and we all went inside to take the first look at it, besides my parents.

I stepped inside my room. It was huge and it also had a walk in closet. It had its own bathroom, which I always wanted. I started to take a walk around the house while my dad took some of the furniture out from the car.

"Here is your mattress Jen," Liam came in with my mattress.

I mumbled a thanks to him and put the bed sheets on. I laid there for a while hearing the hammering and screwing going on. They must be putting the furniture together.

I turned on some soft music and I closed my eyes. The music in the air and nothing else. Before anything could interrupt, I fell asleep.

I opened my eyes to my new room except with furniture placed. I opened the closet door and I saw all my clothes in there. I sighed and went downstairs.

The sky was a pretty sunset color and I knew it was evening. I heard plates clatter onto a table. My stomach growled and I knew the answer.

"Good evening," my mom said as I entered the kitchen.

"Hey," I replied sitting down.

"So tomorrow you will be going to school and we went to the store without you and bought some clothes and supplies so don't worry," she said stirring the pot.

"I just don't know if I'm able to make new friends," I said as I rubbed my eyes.

"Oh honey, I'm sure you'll make great friends," my mom smiled my way.

After dinner, I went into my restroom and took a shower. The hot water pressed against my bare skin and I immediately relaxed. I turned on some music and let me drift into my own thoughts. I then stuffed my supplies in my backpack and zipped them up. I flipped on my back and fell on the bed. I turned out the lights and set my alarm. I snuggled close to my blanket and slept.
