bill sat down.
"wow, isn't the water so beautiful?"
"beautiful, but cuh-cold."
beverly laughed.
"i mean i love swimming, it's pretty fun. also... when you were drowning guess what? i kinda told stan to help you out."
bill faked the drown.
so he knew she was lying.
because he could hear everything.
"oh, uhm really?"
"yeah, he was like 'oh oh, what do i do.' and then i told him what to do. he was a little grossed out about doing it. but he did it anyway. because i told him too that's why."
"uh, thuh-thanks."
"yeah no problem, saving life's is my specialty."
she winked.
bill fake laughed.
she was pretty, but oh boy was she a liar.
maybe it was because she was trying to impress him.
bill let this side.
maybe she only wanted to lie this one time.
"so uh, have you ever had a... a girlfriend?"
"girlfriend? uhm, no."
"oh... well that's okay."
"yeah, i don't really like the girls."
beverly's eyes widened.
"i mean none of the guh-girls at our school."
"oh haha, i see."
"so uhm... how are you?"
"fine...?"
"are you okay?"
"yeah what makes you t-think i'm not?"
"uh nevermind. we should go."
"o-okay."
they got up.
"see you bill."
"bye."
bill walked to his cabin.
he opened the door and saw stan laying in his bed.
"hey stan."
"oh uh hi..."
"what's up?"
"nothing, gonna go to sleep."
"okay, h-have fun?"
stan giggled.
he looked down at his lap.
"i will bill."
he smiled at bill.
bill smiled back.
he got in bed.
"so uh, where were you?"
stan asked.
"oh i-i was at the lake with beverly."
"the lake?"
"mhm."
bill said getting into his bed.
"okay."
"okay?"
bill laughed.
