me and sam were sat in the living film watching films. we weren't speaking, as we were deep in the film. his arm was hung around my shoulder whilst my head was placed on his chest. his hand slowly started to stroke my hair and i smiled. we haven't done this for a long time due to him being on tour recently, so this is the only time to ourselves we've had in a while.
we were halfway into the film when sam said my name.
"y/n?" i slowly titled my head to look up at him and nodded.
"okay, so a've been thinking, and a love you"
my face turned into a shocked expression and sam continued,
"you don't have to say it back, but a've been wanting to say it for so long now and a thought it was the right time to say it". he looks at me whilst he whilst waits for me to reply. i smiled at him.
"sam, i love you too, and i have for a while now"
he smiled back and me and leaned in to kiss me. we both smiled in the kiss and we stayed like this for a while before someone walked in.
"oh sorry did a disturb something?" a voice i recognised as joe laughed.
we both turned towards him and just smiled.
nothing can get better than this moment.
