I woke up feeling... strangely well-rested. I sat up and looked around Bill's room. Funny, I don't remember falling asleep here.

Actually, I don't remember where I fell asleep at all.

I got up and stretched, yawning as I did. I rubbed my eyes tiredly and looked around the room. It was much more elegant looking than mine. The architecture looked old and fancy, but I couldn't pinpoint what it was. Mostly because I'm not that into architecture.

I looked over in time to see two large double doors opening, revealing Bill Cipher himself. He saw me and smiled as he stretched.

"Jeez, I haven't slept like that in centuries!" He said as he made his way over to me. I was confused, and I couldn't help but wonder why he had said that.

"W-What makes you say that?" I bit my lip, embarrassed that I had stuttered. Bill just shrugged.

"Well I dunno, maybe it had something to do with the fact that you were with me." Maybe it was the way that he said it, but that sentence made me nervous.

"What?" I asked, now smiling nervously. Bill came over to me, putting an arm around my waist, sending a shiver down my spine. He pulled me in close to him.

"You don't remember, Pinetree?" He smirked slightly at this. I just shook my head, getting more and more nervous. He chuckled. "You came in last night crying. You said you had a nightmare or something and asked to sleep in my bed." I sighed in relief. I had been starting to think that Bill and I-

Nope. Nevermind.

I don't want to finish that thought.

I was trying my best not to look visibly disgusted and I was sure Bill could see it. He raised an eyebrow and snickered. "What'd you think happened?" He asked teasingly. I blushed furiously and glanced away, grumbling "N-nothing shut up!" Bill chuckled and grinned "Something tells me you're a liar~," He said in a teasing sing-song voice, looking directly at me. I just turned away, trying to save myself from more embarrassment.

Bill grinned more; if that's possible. I hid my face in my hands, trying to avoid looking at him. Bill chuckled lightly and moved closer, grinning, he leaned over and looked at my pathetic attempt to avoid looking at him. "Go away," I mumbled and he laughed before looking back at me. "No, I don't think I will" I cursed under my breath and turned to face away from him.

He just leaned over so that I was looking at him and I quickly looked away. I saw in the corner of my vision that he grinned more, so I turned away again. He tackled me onto the bed, effectively getting me to look at him. "Ha! You looked at me, I won!" he cheered, grinning.

I glanced away, feeling my cheeks heat up more. "Go away," I repeated, trying to push away the urge to smile out of pure embarrassment. "No" he snickered a bit and I glared at him slightly. "Why not?" Bill grinned more and leaned closer to me. "Because you're fun to mess with and you get flustered easily."

I huffed and looked away, blushing more and trying to hide it. Even though I turned away, Bill noticed that I was still blushing and chuckled lightly.

I looked up at him with an annoyed expression and he smiled a bit, leaning closer to me. I shrunk back out of instinct, my expression quickly shifting from that of annoyance to unease. His smile grew and he pecked me on the lips before leaning back a bit and laughing at my now extremely red face. "You look like a tomato pinetree~"

I huffed and tried pushing him off of me, but he didn't budge.''I'm surprised you even know what a tomato is."Bill scoffed and mocked an offended face. "Geez, Pinetree, I see you haven't changed at all." He said in a teasing manner. I quirked an eyebrow, smiling a bit.''And what's that supposed to mean?""You're still a brat." He grinned. I gasped dramatically then grinned "So? you're still a bitch" Bill laughed "Yep, definitely still a brat," He leaned closer. "But I still know how to shut you up." I rolled my eyes in response. "And how would you do that?-" I was cut off by another peck on the lips. He grinned and leaned back slightly. "Just like that"

I stayed silent, blushing furiously and unsure what to say. Bill just snickered at me. I needed a way to change the subject, and fast, so I brought up the first thing I could think of.

"You said I had a nightmare, didn't you?" Bill raised an eyebrow at the sudden question and sat up. "What does that have to do with anything?"

"You'd said that I wanted to sleep in your bed because I had a nightmare?" I meant to say it like an answer, though I found myself phrasing it more like a question. I was sure he'd said something about it, but I definitely didn't remember anything like that. Actually, I didn't remember a whole lot from last night at all. Bill rolled over so that he was laying next to me on the bed and I couldn't help but tense up a bit.

"Yeah, you came into my room sometime last night. Said you had a nightmare but you didn't tell me anything about it." He stared at the ceiling while he spoke, glancing over at me occasionally. I hummed and glanced away, biting the inside of my cheek while thinking. "So you weren't like... looking into my dreams or anything?" The rather dapper looking demon just laughed and sat up. "What makes you think I'm always spying on you, Pinetree?"

"I was just wondering." I scoffed a bit. "I couldn't remember even having a nightmare, or going into your room for that matter!"Bill just shrugged and got up off the bed. "Well I dunno, maybe you'll remember it eventually." He moved towards the door with a swift stride, something I noticed he usually had. "Where are you going?" I raised an eyebrow, trying to ignore the strange feeling I had. I couldn't pinpoint exactly what it was, but something was just... off.

"You haven't eaten in a while. I'm pretty sure that humans need food to survive, am I wrong?" I opened my mouth to protest, but was cut off by the sound of my stomach growling.

Well, I was going to say that I wasn't hungry, but I guess that's not an option.

I really wanted to talk more about the nightmare that I couldn't even remember, since it seemed strange that Bill was trying to leave so quickly, but I suppose it'd have to wait. After a moment or two, I just sighed in response. "Yeah, I guess you're right."

Bill smiled. "Of course I am." And with that, he walked out of the two large double doors.
