+Boarder of the Red and Blue Kingdom+

A little boy walks along the border of the two kingdoms on his side of the territory. Otherwise known as the Red Kingdom's territory.

"Tord, don't go too far now. We're only here for a small meeting with the King and Queen of the Blue Kingdom."

"I️ got it Dad." The boy chuckles as his dad ruffles his hair. "I won't go too far, promise." He didn't want to hear the adults talking since it often got boring as it goes on and on.

"Alright son, just make sure you come back when you hear us call for you." His father tells him in his gruff voice from some tiredness from waking early this morning to get here.

Tord nods to the other man sitting on his horse next to his dad. He turns away and runs to get closer to the lining border of the two kingdoms. You could tell the two territories apart because of how the forest just seems to slipt. On the red side, the tree trunks are a light oak color with red leaves growing from the branches while the blue side had dark oak tree trunks with light blue frosted leaves.

"Wow..." Tord's curiosity about the other side beckoned him to get closer. He took a few steps forward until he heard rustling from the blue side. "Who's there?!" The boy sternly questions, quick to put up himself in a defense stance.

"Ah!" Sounded from the other person. A small thump was heard meaning whoever it was fell.

Tord slowly looks over to find a small child laying on the grassy ground, looking younger than he is, probably about 1 or 2 years apart from him. He had a light shade of brown hair, a healthy complexion of skin, and modern clothes. Tord eyes narrowed, 'A commoner?' What put Tord off was that fact the child had white bandages wrapped around his head to cover their eyes.

"Who's there?" The boy on the ground asks sounding a bit scared.

Tord didn't dare say his name, for his status's in the Red Kingdom, but it doesn't mean he could still speak to him. "A citizen of the Red Kingdom, what are you doing at the boarders?" It was uncommon for a commoner to be here.

"I came with my family, they're meeting some people at the boarder to speak to some friends who now live in the Red Kingdom." The boy on the ground gets back on his feet, Tord noticing he's holding a small teddy bear in his arms.

Tord hums and taps the side of his head still feeling he should ask the kid about the bandages wrapped around his head to cover his eyes. "What's with the bandages?"

"Oh..." The kid touches his bandages. "My family wants little attention as possible, so all of us have some kind of cover up." He shrugs his shoulders and giggles.

The boy's laughter rang like melodies to Tord's ears. A sweet tune he found himself smiling at the other softly. "But I'm curious, how can you see without your eyes?"

"I taught myself to sense a lot of things around me while I'm blind with these bandages on. I sense your presence before, but your voice surprised me quite a bit."

"Then what am I doing?" Tord raised his hand to wave it back and forth quietly.

The boy in blue hums while trying to sense what Tord is doing across from him. "You're waving to me."

Tord chuckles and nods. "You're pretty good if you can't see. If you do become blind you'll have that six sense."

The two of them to continue to talk to each other back and forth. He found a warmth quelling in him, one similar to the feeling his dad told him about before. But he couldn't be quite sure just yet.

The child on the blue side goes quite midway through his happy ramblings. He head quickly turning to look behind him. "Aww looks like my mum and dad are calling for me."
