Ochaco gets a massive boost in power compared to her cannon counterpart due to Bakugo. Being with Bakugo she has the motivation to become stronger. Not only that but just like Bakugo the gap in between the tournament was a lot bigger.

First off I will explain Alt Personality Bond Boost. This is because Izuku loses his focus and taps into his Alt Personality's power. With this power he was able to defeat Shoto. Izuku can't release all of his power that's why with the 750 5% OFA boost is so far below his Alternate Personality's 5% OFA power.
