Jane arrived in running in the school. She hit the bin in her way but managed to find her balance, before arriving next to Max.

- "Hey Jane, you're overexcited, what's happening?" chuckled the redhead.

The brown head raised her finger to tell her to wait, before taking support on her knees and trying to calm her breath. Max rubbed her back like if it could help her. Jane took a deep breath before straightening.

- "I maked your drawing," finally said the brown head.

- "Oh cool! I can't wait to see it!"

- "If you don't like it, don't tell me."

- "Don't be stupid, I already love it."

Jane smiled. She put her bag on the floor before taking off the drawing and giving it to her best friend.

- "Jane, it's so cool! It's a marshmallow?"

- "Yeah, a marshmallow doing skateboard, like you."

- "Nice, it's the first time someone has drawn something for me, I love it, I'll put in on the wall next to my bed, like that, it will be the last thing I'll see before falling asleep."

- "You'll dream of marshmallows," smiled Jane.

- "I hope, there is nothing better than marshmallows! Why marshmallows?"

- "Why not?"

- "Yeah, ok, good answer. I love it, I can't wait to put it on my wall."

The two girls were joined by the four boys. Will talked especially with Jane because the two teens had a work to do together.

- "You can come at my home after school if you want, if your parents agree, of course."

- "Don't worry, my sister is not annoying with this. If I don't come back too late, it's fine," answered Jane.

- "If it's too late you can stay the night at home, or my mom can drive you home, it's as you want," said Will. "And, if we have time, we could watch Aladdin."

- "Oh yeah! We'll be fast then!"

- "I think too," chuckled the young boy.

The group of friends went to their first class. It was history and Jane hated this class, especially because the teacher was asking her too difficult questions.

The day passed and Will and Jane walked together to his house, followed by Dog. When they arrived, they immediately began their work, wanting to do other things. Will brought his computer on the kitchen table while Jane was searching in her book.

- "How do you use it?" asked Jane.

- "Use what?"

- "This, the big phone."

- "You mean, the computer?" frowned Will.

- "Computer," repeated the brown head.

- "You've never used one before?"

Jane shook her head to say no.

- "Oh ok."

Will preferred showing Jane how a computer was working than doing their work. It was the first time he had met someone of his age not knowing how a computer worked. He thought it was weird, but Jane didn't seem to have lots of money; her books were old, she was always wearing the same clothes, and she wasn't always eating at lunch.

After two hours, the two friends finished their work. They were tidying their mess when Joyce entered the house.

- "Hi mom."

- "Hey Will," told Joyce. "Oh, hi, I'm Joyce."

- "Hi madam, I'm Jane."

- "Please sweetie, call me Joyce."

- "Ok, Joyce," smiled Jane.

- "We're going to watch Aladdin, if it's ok, Jane had never seen this movie," said Will.

- "Sure, no problem, have fun."

Will prepared the DVD while Jane sat on the couch, taking tiny Paddington and Mr. Bear with her. Joyce turned to them with a smile, happy to see her son having fun with a new friend, but she noticed something which made stop her heart. She frowned like to have a better look and began to walk to them. She sat next to Jane, who smiled to her, and asked:

- "How did you have this Teddy Bear?"

- "A woman gived it to me when I was younger. It's tiny Paddington's best friend, Mr. Bear," explained Jane.

- "It's great, I'm happy to see you."

The woman took the young girl in her arms. Jane didn't hesitate and wrapped her arms around her too, loving too much hugs to miss one. Joyce broke it and kissed Jane's cheek before letting the two kids alone in front of their movie. She was so glad and relieved to see her, since she gave her this Teddy Bear, she had a painful feeling inside her, thinking she didn't do enough for this girl. Now, she was here, and she would help her when she needed.
