You'd been pacing the small closet for what felt like days only it had been at most 2 hours, your hands shook and your chest hurt. You were supposed to be debuting in a week and everything felt like it was falling apart. Since new years things got increasingly hard, training become more strict and rigorous. Your vocal classes become longer and if any mistake was made you'd be chewed out. The company was struggling to get any spots on shows for your debut week, most of the excuses were half arsed but you knew it was because the company was smaller than most. You were basically an unknown group in an unknown company.

But that wasn't the thing that was making you freak out right now, it was that you woke up to a letter, from none other then Jung Hoseok. He had just walked out, his letter burned into your head. Hobi was so sure the company was going to let him go and decided to leave before they could do it. Jungkook had broke down at the news and cried until he fell asleep in Jin's arms. Namjoon spent the morning calling anyone and everyone who may know where he could have gone. He hadn't gone back home and he wasn't answering any of the calls you had made to him.

Y/N: WHERE IS HE! 

You screamed in anguish startling Jimin and Taehyung who had been curled up on your bed.

Yoongi came running in when he heard you scream and was met with your swollen red eyes and tear stained face.

Yoongi: hey its going to be okay we will find him and bring him back!"

He tried his best to sound confident, but you could tell he was trying to convince himself just as much as he was you.

You sunk down to the floor and curled into yourself hugging your legs to your chest.

Y/N: wha-what if he doesn't want to come back

you hiccuped out

Yoongi settled down in front of you placing a hand on your shoulder

Yoongi: he will, I know he will. Its J-hope the mans practically dripping with hope"

This time he sounded a little more certain. You peeked your head up to look at him and he gave you a small smile. Jimin and Taehyung had crawled off the bed and pulled you into a hug.

Jimin: Noona we are a family he cant forget about his family, maybe he just needs time

he held your hand, softly rubbing your knuckles with his thumb

The day went painstakingly slow as everyone tried to continue with the regular routine of practice. But even the dance instructors and vocal coaches knew that no-one was in it today and who could blame them one of their members had up and vanished a week before they were to debut.

Namjoon didn't even show up for dance practice he insisted on speaking to Bang PD-nim about Hoseok. You were angry, furious they were already trying to spread out Hobi's lines. You couldn't blame them on that part, your group was meant to debuting in a week. It was just that no-one could take his part, you couldn't just split things up and be rid of him. It had only been about seven hours since he disappeared.

After the dance instructor had finally given up on trying to get the remaining Six members to focus, the group was left to mope around the practice room waiting for Namjoon to come back with news.

Jungkook was quiet, well quieter than usual having spent the good half of the day crying into Jin, who himself had to change his shirt three times because the youngest kept soaking it through.

Taehyung and Jimin were doing whatever they could to distract themselves by playing silly games on their phones or making stupid bets with things such as "I bet you cant hold your breath for a minute" You had scolded them when they did this because: One Jimin had turned purple and two Taehyung being as competitive as he is almost passed out. Yoongi had resigned himself to the music studio, you had come in with a bottle of water for him as he was sitting there hitting the same piano key over and over. This was affecting them greatly.
