A/N - This chapter was requested by user: Hi-Carl-394. I ended up using the song 'Come Away With Me' by Norah Jones to inspire this imagine. I hope you all enjoy it.

"Sandor?" You could feel your throat growing sore and uncomfortable as you continued to yell into the crowds of people leaving the wreck of King's Landing. You had been fighting against the tide of people leaving the burnt shell of a city you had once been so fond of for so long that you'd almost forgotten where it was you were heading. There was little left of the Red Keep, which used to sit so proudly over looking the Capital. Now, it was just a mess of broken stone sitting atop a hill, looking down across a picture of destruction. "Sandor," you cried out again, continuing to shove yourself through the gaps in the throngs of people wherever you could manage.

Yelling seemed to be the only way to find anyone at this point. There were such thick layers of ash and dirt covering people's faces that they had become unrecognisable. Not that you would have ever had a hard time recognising Sandor.

"Y/N?" The voice cut through the crowd, causing you to still quite suddenly and leaving a few of the other people around you grunt in frustration. You had already been making yourself a nuisance, but now you were in the way, and you could understand the annoyance.

You spotted Sandor a moment later, shoving people out of his way as he made a beeline for you. The second he was within your reach you were burrowing into him, though his armour made for quite the uncomfortable cushion. "I thought you were dead," you uttered as he pulled you closer to him, shielding you from the rest of the crowd as he moved you over to the side of the road.

"I'm hard to kill," he answered, his hand running over your hair, smoothing it down as he stared down into your face. He was checking for injuries, you knew as much even though he would never say it out loud. "We should find the others."

You shook your head. "Just a little longer," you murmured, your hand lifting to touch his scared cheek ever so lightly. "Let me have you to myself for just a little bit longer," you added, drawing his face down to yours and pressing a gentle kiss to his lips.

Public displays of affection had always been off limits for the two of you. Your relationship had been kept a secret for so long that it was instinctual to avoid it when others were around. But now, there was no one to care. No one could judge you and attempt to pull you apart. You were free to love each other openly, and you would be happy to make a habit of it.

As you pulled apart, Sandor looked a little lost. He had this concentrated look in his eyes, the kind of focus you only got to see very rarely. "When this is over I want to marry you," he started, his cheeks reddening with blush as he looked at the ground. "And I want to take you away from Westeros. We can get a little house somewhere in Essos and live away from all of this. We could even have a family."

You were silent for a moment, something that Sandor had never been fond of. But when he lifted his head to look at you, he found a sweet smile on your lips. "Are you asking me to run away with you?" you uttered softly, taking his hand in yours.

"Only if it's what you want."

"I have never wanted anything more in my life."
