Our heroes are walking in a forest, when they find an Eevee tied to a tree with a bowl of food and water. "Aww, I think it's been abandoned." Misty said, Ash shakes his head, saying "I doubt it. This Eevee has a food and water bowl. Maybe it was waiting for somebody that's actually loyal?" Ash sees a tag on Eevee. "Stone Town? Oh yeah! I got an invite to some party there." Ash pulls out an envelope with an address in Stone Town. "I read about Stone Town a while ago. It's on the top of Evolution Mountain."
The gang heads off to Stone town and Ash explains to Misty the evolutions of Eevee, the three most popular ones in Kanto who he put in a little more detail. The three are the Fire Type Flareon, the Water Type Vaporeon, and the Electric Type Jolteon.
Misty was hugging the little Eevee.
"Ohh, I always wanted a Vaporeon."
She said lovingly. Ash snickered, joking that she wants to keep Eevee all to herself. Ash noticed the address on the Eevee's collar and on the invite were at the same place. They see three eccentric looking young men with odd hair styles, they check Ash's invite after they find that they have Eevee.
"Where'd you run off to Eevee?" The redhead, Pyro asks. The blue haired man, Rainer, then says "Thank you for finding our little brother's Eevee. And welcome to our evolution party. You two can stay too, since you guys were the ones with Ash and helped Eevee." The blond haired man said, named Sparky said.
A little brown haired boy with bangs a lot like an Eevee's fluff, was called over, his name is Mikey and he's Eevee's owner. He looked disappointed that Eevee was back. His brothers then said that Eevee was the star and that it needed to evolve into one of three of the eeveelutions, since they were the most popular in Kanto.
Ash brings out one of his Gloom, Poliwhirl, Weepinbell, Nidorino, Nidorina, and three of his other Eevees.
They were pokemon that wanted to evolve. Two of the male Eevee became Jolteon and Flareon, the female, not the one that Ash hatched, evolved into Vaporeon, Gloom, the first one Ash got, became Vileplume, Weepinbell became Victreebel, Poliwhirl became Poliwrath, and the Nido couple became Nidoking and Nidoqueen. Ash gives them some rare and EXP candies before they evolved and then scans them.
[Vileplume, the Flower Pokemon and an evolved form of Gloom.The bud bursts into bloom with a bang. It then starts scattering allergenic, poisonous pollen. This Vileplume is level 59 and knows the moves Petal Dance,
Petal Blizzard, Moonblast, Venoshock, Aromatherapy, Sweet Scent, Giga Drain, Acid, Stun Spore, Sleep Powder,Poison Powder, Sunny Day, Nature Power*Egg Move*, Strength Sap*Egg Move, and Razor Leaf*Egg Move*]
[Victreebel, the Flycatcher Pokemon and the evolved form of Weepinbell.
Lures prey with the sweet aroma of honey. Swallowed whole, the prey is dissolved in a day, bones and all. This Victreebel is level 59 and knows the moves Vine Whip, Growth, Wring Out,Wrap, Poison Jab, Sunny Day, ,Toxic, Razor Leaf, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Sucker Punch, Leaf Tornado, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Seed Bomb, Power Whip*Egg Move*, Bullet Seed*Egg Move*, Magical Leaf*Egg Move*, and Clear Smog*Egg Move*]
[Poliwrath, the Tadpole Pokemon and an evolved form of Poliwhirl.
It can use its well-developed arms and legs to run on the surface of the water for a split second. This Poliwrath is level 59 and knows the moves

It uses its scaly rugged body to seal the entrance of its nest and protect its young from predators. [Nidoking, the Drill Pokemon and the evolved form of Nidorino.
Its steel-like hide adds to its powerful tackle. Its horns are so hard, they can pierce a diamond. This Nidoking is level 61 and knows the moves

[Jolteon, the Lightning Pokemon and an evolved form of Eevee.By storing electricity in its body, it can shoot its bristlelike fur like a barrage of missiles. This Jolteon is level 63 with the new Ability Volt Absorb and knows the moves Thunderbolt, Pin Missile, Thunder Fang, Thunder, Trump Card, Agility, Electro Ball, Discharge, Shock Wave, Signal Beam, Thunder Wave,

[Flareon, the Flame Pokemon and an evolved form of Eevee.
It has a flame chamber inside its body. It inhales, then breathes out fire that is over 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit. This Flareon is level 63 with the new Ability Flash Fire and knows the moves Flamethrower, Fire Blast,
Fire Spin, Fire Fang, Lava Plume, Flare Blitz, Sunny Day, Trump Card, Heat Wave, Hyper Voice, Iron Tail, Shadow Ball, Dig, and Double Kick*Egg Move*.]
Sparky was puzzled with Ash. "Hey Ash, why didn't you evolve your other Eevee and Pikachu?" He asked, Ash answers with "If they don't want to evolve, then who am I to judge?"
The three facepalm in annoyance.
Ash then says "And why are you putting a lot of pressure on your brother?"
Pyro answers with "Well, Eevee won't win unless it evolves." Then all three said "After all, evolution is what pokemon are all about." Ash walks off and gets a plate and his homemade onigiri and goes to Mikey with the plate and sits down with him. "You want some?" He offered, Mikey nods and noms on the onigiri. It was his Oran berry filled kind.
"Wow, this is really good! Did you make this Ash?" Mikey asked, Ash blushes modestly and nods. They talk for a bit and Mikey learns that his Eevee and Pikachu chose not to evolve a while ago.
It was before their match at the Vermillion City Gym. The nurse offered two thunderstones for Eevee and Pikachu to evolve with, but the two wanted to win against Raichu and Jolteon without evolving. Ash was able to get some good info on the pokemon Surge was using that day and they were able to win without evolving.
"I don't really care of my Eevee evolves or not. I just want it to be my best friend." Mikey said.
"I like your attitude Mikey, but I don't like that you left Eevee alone. It's like running away from a big problem."
Ash said, but Mikey said "I know, but I was going to get it back when the party was over, so no one could force Eevee into evolving."
Ash then offered to have his Eevee help with training Mikey's Eevee. He had a plan. Mikey nods and after a good two hours of training Mikey's Eevee, thanks to Ash's Eevee, Mikey's Eevee learned a lot of good moves.
"Mikey, have you decided on what to evolve Eevee into?" Sparky called out, giving up on trying to get Brock to evolve his Vulpix after his had his Weepinbell evolve. Ash nods and Mikey says "Guys..I don't care if Eevee evolves or not...and you can't force me or Eevee to do it!" Rainer, Pyro, and Sparky were shocked by this. Mikey went on with "Eevee can win without evolving, it just needed training. And I'm going to prove it!" The brothers decided to have a battle royale with their pokemon. It took a while and quite a bit of damage, but Eevee defeated Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon, resorting to Eevee's new moves Swift, Dig, and Double-Edge.
The three older one were shocked, but impressed. Rainer then said "Great job Mikey! I'm sorry I tried to force you to evolve Eevee into Vaporeon.." The other two apologizes and decided the party will be on Eevee's first victory.
Ash was happy now that all of this was solved. Mikey was very grateful that Ash helped him and Eevee. He gave Ash a Light Ball for Ash's Pikachu he found a while ago and a Silk Scarf for Ash's Eevee.
They all had a great group picture and our heroes are off to Cinnabar Island.
