Dressed and ready to go I make my way into the living room where everyone is sitting together watching T.V including Dom and Riccardo who are already dressed and ready to go

"You look lovely sweetie." Mum says with a smile as I make my way into the room

"Thank you" I give her a soft smile

"Tesoro, you okay?" Dom questions looking up at me

I place my hand on my stomach and shake my head taking a deep breath "I'm going to be sick." I turn and make my way up the stairs quickly, running into the bathroom.

I stand over the sink for a moment, but nothing comes of the wave of sickness that rushed over me downstairs.

"Alena." Dom pushes the door open and makes his way into the bathroom, once he reaches me he places his hand on my lower back while I'm still leaning over the sink "You're not well?" He questions

"I think I'm just stressed, I don't know." I take a few deep breaths and look at myself in the mirror, a tear rolling down my cheek as I refuse to look at myself

"Hey" he sighs and pulls me close, now facing him as I'm turned around "It's okay, whatever you're feeling it's okay." He wipes my tear with his thumb "Why don't we tell Bex and Riccardo to go without us, and you and I can stay in?"

"Go with them, I don't want you stuck at home because of me"

"I'm not stuck at home, I want to be with you, especially when you're sick." He presses a kiss to my head "get dressed, I'll go and let Bex know." He exits the room

I pull my dress off and slide my pajamas on, that was a waste of hair product and makeup. I make my way into the bedroom and lay down on the bed looking up at the roof

"Hi baby." Mum says softly as she makes her way in and sits on the edge of the bed "I hope you don't think I'm overstepping, but I heard you talking to Bex in the office before, and I was just wondering. Is there any chance you might be pregnant?"

"I'm not pregnant Mum, I had my period a couple of days ago. Also, Dom and I are really careful, we use protection and I never miss the pill." Okay we slipped up on protection twice but that was ages ago and she doesn't need to know that

"Okay, I just wanted to put that option out there. And just so you know, if you were ever to become pregnant and it wasn't something that was planned you'd have my full support, you never have to hide something like that for me."

"Thanks mum" I smile up at her

"I love you baby, call me if you need anything" she kisses my head and leaves the room

At the same time as she leaves Dom re-enters. He pulls his dress shirt off and hangs it back it placing it in the cupboard, then pull his jeans off and folds them sitting them on the dresser. He makes his way over and lays down next to me pulling me into his arms, now just in his briefs

"Talk to me Tesoro." He whispers placing a few kisses on the top of my head

I explain everything I've been feeling the last couple of days and the anger I felt over the real estate agent this afternoon when I knew it shouldn't. When I'm done explaining I look up at him and sigh softly "You think I'm insane don't you?"

"No, I think you're stressed and it's taking a toll on your body, you need to stop putting so much pressure on yourself."

"But everyone else seems to have it so together and-"

"That's their pace and what's right for them, things are a little different for us right now" he lifts my chin "but I promise you, you will settle into your role and you will do amazing things, and once you're feeling settled and okay, we'll find our own place, we'll get married and we can start a family if that's what you want."
