On one of her missions she killed a man who owed Emiliano a lot of money and important information. Emiliano's men then kidnapped her and took her to Emiliano. Emiliano decided to make her his slut as payment for the money she owed him.

Emiliano ended up falling for Alessandra which scared him making him send her away, not knowing she was pregnant.
Alessandra tried to msg Emiliano to tell him but "he told her" to abort the baby. Upset about his response Alessandra goes home to her father and decides to raise the child without Emiliano.
Someone tried to assassinate Alessandra so she went into hiding and faked her own death.
Emiliano was heartbroken until he discovered that Alessandra wasn't actually dead. After investigating he discovered that Olivia used his phone to msg Alessandra and was furious.
