"Kara! Come here!" Eliza, Karas mom yells and Kara comes running down the stairs
"Yes mom?" She says and sits on the bottom of the stairs
"Since we just moved in, go say hi to our neighbors" Eliza says, Kara nods and walks out of the door. Kara walks next door to her house and gently knocks on the neighbors door, the door opens up to reveal the most stunning woman Kara has ever seen
"Hello?" The woman says to Kara and Kara is frozen
"H-hi" Kara says with a nervous laugh "I'm Kara Danvers" she says and holds out her hand and the woman gently takes her hand into hers
"Hello Kara, I'm Lena Luthor, I'm guessing you are new to this neighborhood?" Lena says and Kara nods "well maybe I can show you around, I have lived her for years, I think I know a few things about this place" Lena says and winks
"Y-yeah, that would be great, when would be a good time?" Kara says and smiles
"Saturday, at 12, we can grab lunch, and walk around town, I'll give you my number, come inside" Lena says and opens the door wide enough for Kara to walk in and shuts the door behind them
"I love your house, it homey" Kara says and admires the house that is almost like hers but more put-together
"Would you like any coffee?" Lena says and Kara nods
"Yes please" Kara replies and takes a seat on the chair, next to the island
"Here you go" Lena says and hands Kara a cup full of coffee "so where did you move from?" Lena says and sips on her coffee
"From Georgia" Kara says casually as she wiggles her feet because they dangle
"Thats cool, how old are you?" Lena asks with a hint of excitement
"19, I'm turning 20 in a few months, I'm looking for a house, not sure where though" Kara says and looks at Lena "how old are you?" Kara asks
"I'm 21" Lena smirks because she might have a chance with the cute shy girl in-front of her
"Hey, we can be friends" Kara beamed "well I have to go, thank you for the coffee, I'll text you?" Kara asks
"Yeah of course, I'll see you tomorrow?" Lena asks and Kara nods and hurry's out of the door

"Where have you been?!" Eliza yells at me
"I was next door, she's really nice and she's my age!" Eliza smiles, as do I
"That's great! I'm so glad she's nice" Eliza says and I nod and run up stairs to my room and get my phone to text Lena

Yes, I'm super excited, you are my first friend here lol
That's awesome, well I'm going to head to bed, I'll see you tomorrow

That was scary! I was so nervous that I was going to mess up and embarrass myself. She is so hot, I can't believe someone that exists!

(Lenas pov)
I woke up and took a shower, to start my day. After I get dressed and ready after my shower I walk over to my window to open it and saw Kara dancing and singing with a brush and once she saw me she jumped away from the window, I laughed and grabbed my notebook that was on my desk and wrote 'you're cute' on it with a big sharpie so she can see it and held it up against my window once she looked out her window again and she ran away and came back with a paper saying 'not as much as you are' and I smiled, grabbed my pen and wrote 'you're funny' and ran away when she saw it so I can eat breakfast, after I ate, I did some cleaning, like the dishes and made my bed, a couple hours later I hear a knock on my door and ran over to get it, but I forget I only have my underwear on and a shirt, which doesn't come down all the way
"Hi" Kara says when I open the door, and I see her look me up and down
"Hey" I say and smile "I have to really quick change and then I'll be ready, but you are welcome to come inside" I say and she nods and walks in, I run to my room and through off my shirt and put on a white shirt and ripped jeans, then walked out to meet Kara in my living room
"Ready?" She asks and I nod, taking her hand to lead her to my garage "you have a nice car" she says and never let's go of my hand
"Thank you" I say and lead her to the other side of the car and open the door for her "m'lady" I say and she giggles and I swear I want to hear her giggle all day
"Thank you" she smiles and I shut the door and go on the driver's side of the car "so where are we going?" Kara asks after we exit my garage
"We are going to eat then walk through town" I say
"Sounds like fun" she says "thank you for this"
"It's really no big deal, I just want to be nice and welcome you to the new town, plus you're cute so" I say and smirk, she gently hits my shoulder and giggles
"That's the main reason I bet" she laughs and I smile
"All jokes aside, I'm not like that, I promise" I say and she grabs my free hand
"I can tell you aren't like that" she says and I look over and she smiles softly and gently rubs my hand and I look back over to the road, and I turn my hand over to intertwine our fingers but she pulls away "sorry, I just like affection, I know we just met so I don't know why I'm holding your hand-" she rambles but I grab her hand again
"It's okay, I like affection too, when I get nervous I want someone's hand to hold or if I'm scared" I say and she nods "we are here" I say and pull into a parking garage and park my car, I really quickly run over to the passenger side of the car and open the door for Kara
"Thank you" she says and smiles
"Let's go get some lunch" I say and she nods, I grab her hand and we walk to the elevator to go down

Kara laughs as we swing our hands "I had a great time" she says and licks her ice cream, as the moonlight hits her face perfectly"I really appreciate all this" she looks me in the eyes and just stares and I get closer, slowly lean in and her eyes kept flickering from my lips to my eyes, I gave her a hug instead of kissing her because I don't want to rush anything
"We should do this again sometime" I say and she nods and finishes her ice cream
"I have a feeling we are going to be great friends" she says as we walk to my car, hand in hand. I never thought that someone could be so charming and sweet at the same time.
