Feburary 17; Age 14
Dear journal, a new girl transferred in to my class today, she fit in really well! She seamed really nice. I talked to her.
"Class, please welcome our new student. Make yourself at home dear," She gestures the new girl, who's name I had failed to hear, to look out into the classroom. The innocent student does so and mumbles a quiet "hello" in her quiet voice and light accent.
The class rises and greet her.
"Dear, if you have any questions you can ask me at any time, please take a—" the teacher is interrupted by the small girl leaning in and asking a quiet question. Suddenly, the teacher looks over to me and nods in my direction, she directs a few words that were blurred within the chaos of the classroom to the girl.
The girl approaches me.
"Yerin, I heard you're a good student, can you help me learn Korean again?"
