It's been about a month since I found out who my real mother was. I have forgiven her and my family. Yes it have took me sometime to but I eventually did.

Today I'm suppose to meet up with her and her husband Scott at a restaurant around seven.

I already had a talk with Josh and my grandmother and Tina at dinner at the house. It feels a bit awkward knowing that everyone has been telling you a lie for the pass 17 years. But I'll manage to get passed all this before it's too late.

It's 7:05pm and Velma and Scott is outside. I wore a black Self Tie Surplice Wrap Crop T-Shirt with some black ripped jeans and my hair was straighten. We went to eat at Mastro's Steakhouse and that's when they broke the news to me.

"How are you?" Velma asked.

"Better." I said as I took a bite of my already sectioned steak.

"I know this must be hard for you, but me and an Scott have been thinking ever since last time we spoke. That we wanted to start to build a bond with each other." She said as she smiled looking back and forth between me and Scott.

"How nice of you."I said as I forced a smile.

"Natalie what we're trying to say is we want you to live with us. Just until you go off to college and be a real family like how we should have been in the first place." Scott addressed.

" We will accept whatever decision you make. We really would like to do this because it's never too late to forgive family and move on."

I looked over between him and V. I could tell that she really want to do better.

I thought about it and I do want to know my mother for my mother. It would be nice to live in a family that makes mistakes, but will to do anything to fix the problem.

"I'll stay with you." I see the smile appear on Velma's face.

"Are you sure? We don't want you to rush or anything." Velma said.

"I'm sure. After all at least your trying now. I respect that." I said with a real smile this time as hugged them.

"We love you."

The rest of the dinner was nice family like type stuff. Afterwards i went back home and pack my clothes after saying goodbye to Josh and my grandmother.

Before I knew it I was at my new home. I won't lie Velma's place is like a mansion compared to my grandmothers. They have a four bedrooms, three full baths, family room, living room, a huge kitchen, game room that's separated from the basement, dining room, and a three car garage.

According to them the basement was too much space to them so they separated it up into two different rooms. And I'm trying to see how because it's still being enough to get spilt again.

It was nice to see even with everything she been through. With decisions whether it was good or bad she still made something of herself.

I amour that.

"Alright here's your room. It's not much. We can always get more things you need this weekend and make it how you want it. Oh and go shopping for more clothes, if that's ok?" She said as she stood by the doorframe of my room.
