Chapter 20- School Prince, A Little Sultry (19)

Su Yan was walking along the corridor, but suddenly a person came forward, and she almost hit him.

When she stopped to see who was the person, a soft smile appeared on her face.

"Jiang Ran." her voice was delicate, as soft as her person.

Jiang Ran ignored the itching in his heart much as he could.

He looked at Su Yan, softening his usual suffocation. "Where are you going?"

Su Yan pointed her finger to the office. "The chemistry teacher told me to look for him."

Regret flashed through Jiang Ran's eyes. He thought she was looking for him.

He didn't speak, so both of them were quiet.

After a while, he said, "You don't have anything to ask me?"

Su Yan blinked, remembering the conversation with Yao Yufei just at the entrance of the stairs.

"Uh... do you have anyone you like?"

Jiang Ran listened and smiled. He bent over and got closer to Su Yan.

The two were close together, their breath mingling together.

His eyes were dark, with a little playfulness and irresistible burning. "Yes."

Su Yan licked the corners of her lips, nodded, and stopped talking.

Jiang Ran was a little dissatisfied with her bland response.

He reached out and pulled the bow tie on Su Yan's neck, "Why don't you continue to ask?"

"Ask?"

"Ask who I like."

With each word he said, he moved closer, until the two of them were able to kiss as long as he lowered his head slightly.

The smell of strawberry toffee mixed with too much sugar permeated her breath.

Su Yan seems to be unaware of the ambiguous state of the two.

She just asked seriously, "Is it Yao Yufei?"

Jiang Ran frowned, listening to the name that broke in suddenly. "What does it have to do with her?"

"Eh... they all say you like Yao Yufei."

"Do you believe it?"

"I... remain neutral, so I asked."

He looked at the girl in front of him, talking softly and watching him intently.

He didn't know why.

Then, he suddenly stood upright, keeping a distance from Su Yan.

He frowned and suddenly asked, "Where's your strawberry toffee?"

Su Yan rummaged through her pocket and found a piece. "You want to eat?"

He took the candy, peeled off the outer packaging, then raised his hand and stuffed the candy into Su Yan's mouth.

She was unable to resist and was once again fed a piece of candy.

He looked at her small scrunched up face.

Jiang Ran's heart seemed to be restrained.

He squeezed the candy wrapper and put his hands in his pockets.

"I don't like it."

"Oh... what? What did you say?" Su Yan asked while chewing candy.

He had a bad look on his face. "What do you think I said?" After a while, the restlessness in his heart calmed down.

Then, he said, "Aren't you going to the office to find a teacher? Come on."

He reached out to her back pushed her forward.

She looked back at Jiang Ran.

He stood there with his hands in his pockets, and the school uniform that was worn by him gave him a sense of unruly laziness.

The sun was shining down, making him look eye-catching.

She chewed the strawberry toffee in her mouth and thought of the chemistry teacher. She turned and walked to the office.

When he saw that she was going to the office, Jiang Ran turned and walked to his class.

When Su Yan arrived at the door of the office, thinking of her encounter with Jiang Ran, she felt a little inexplicable.
