Peter didn't go to sleep. He couldn't. So instead he left the building deciding to take a walk. He'll be back before anyone notices. Maybe he'll actually be able to sleep. He didn't bother checking his phone as he was already shutting down the device and burying it deep into his pocket.

Seeing as how overwhelmed his thoughts were he didn't sense that someone was watching him as he walked away from his problems.
