Helicarrier

As the quinjet landed, Loki was escorted to a glass cell by S.H.I.E.L.D agents. This was when everyone met up at a briefing room to watch the exchange between Fury and Loki. The god stands in a glass cell, with Fury just walking in and watching him.

"In case it's unclear. You try to escape. You so much as scratch that glass." Fury presses a button that opens up a hatch, which shows something that would make a sane man terrified, all sky and no land in sight. "Thirty thousand feet, straight down in a steel trap. You get how that works?" He points at the god, "Ant." Then he points at the button, "Boot."

Loki seemed to only find this amusing, as he smirked at Fury.
"It's an impressive cage. Not built, I think, for me."

"Built for things a lot stronger than you."

"Oh, I've heard." Loki turns to a camera.

Briefing Room

Thor, Banner, Steve, Natasha, Kaneki and Touka were watching the exchange between the two men through a monitor, well most were, Thor was rather listening to it.

"The mindless beast, makes play he's a man and two beings that cannot control their deepest desire, hunger. How desperate are you, that you call upon such lost creatures to defend you."

Fury started to walk towards Loki.
"How desperate am I? You threatened my world with war. You steal a force you can't hope to control. You talk about peace but you kill cause it's fun. You have made me very desperate, you might not be glad that you did."

"Oh, it burns you to come so close. To have the Tesseract, to have power, unlimited power. And for what? A warm light for all mankind to share, and then to be reminded what real power." Loki said staring directly into the spy's eye. Fury just gave a little smirk and walked away.

"Well, you let me know if 'real power' wants a magazine or something." Loki then turns around to look at the camera with a smirk on his face.

The monitor went blank...

"He really grows on you, doesn't he?" Bruce said breaking the silence. Steve, not wanting to wait, got straight into business.

"Loki's gonna drag this out. So, Thor, what's his play?"

"He has an army called the Chitauri. They're not of Asgard or any world known. He means to lead them against your people. They will win him the earth. In return, I suspect, for the Tesseract."

"An army? From outer space?" Steve said and the conversation continued with Kaneki fading it out of his mind, it was already full to begin with.

"Kaneki? You all right?" Touka said, snapping him out of his trance and held his hand for comfort. He looked into her eyes, seeing the worry she truly had for him and that made him love her ten fold.

"Yeah, it's just that I'm a bit tired from the fights. Loki wasn't that bad but Thor packs a punch." Kaneki said, with a small smile on his face.

"Both of the reports say that you bit both of them, that's not normally like you. You not starting to get hungry are you?" She asked, concerned that her boyfriend could be hungry and she didn't bring any coffee.
