I swirled around in front of the mirror and looked at my outfit. I was really satisfied with the dress I had chosen and my make-up. I had been really looking forward to the date. I was never the type of having a lot of dates so I was quite excited. But I had a good feeling about Jun because he seemed to be a very nice person.

At exactly 7pm the door bell rang and I rushed downstairs to open the door. I smiled widely and greeted him. "Hey, long time no see", he said and offered me his arm.

"Yes", I said and linked arms with him. "So where are we going?", I asked curiously.

"I thought it would be nice to have dinner in a restaurant nearby so we can walk there", he suggested and looked at me with glowing eyes.

"Sure", I said happily. He had chosen a pizzeria only a few streets away from my house.

"Have you been here before?", he asked as we sat down at a small table in the corner of the restaurant where it was a bit more quiet.

"No, since I moved here a few weeks ago, I haven't really seen a lot", I explained and he looked surprised.

"Oh, we have to change that. I can show you around, if you want", he suggested smiling.

"Yes, I'd love to", I agreed thinking about cute trips we could go on.

I looked around and noticed the details of the restaurant. It was really cute and fondly furnished. It was a perfect, romantic place for a date. And I didn't know how and I also couldn't stop myself from thinking about how it would be to come here with Jungkook. Why are you thinking about him again. Get him out of your head, I scolded myself mentally, this needs to stop.

I shook my head and completely focused on Jun. "If you don't mind telling me, I would like to hear the story why you moved here", he said truly interested.

"Ah, it's no secret", I answered openly and told him the story. And just like that, we spent a beautiful evening together, chatting and enjoying each other's company.

But there was something, on the back of my mind. And I couldn't push it fully away. I didn't feel anything. There was no prickling when he accidentally touched my arm. There were no butterflies in my stomach when I looked into his eyes. I couldn't help it, I just saw him as a friend. I tried denying it but at the bottom of my heart, I knew we had no chance.

We were walking home side by side and I didn't want it to end. I had a really nice time with him and I felt so comfortable with him. The night was cold and I started to feel chilly because I was only wearing a thin jacket.

He noticed and took off his jacket immediately. "Here, take this", he said handing it to me.

"Oh no, you'll be freezing", I said rejecting it.

"Come on, just take it", he protested smiling and put it around my shoulders. I smiled to myself and looked on the ground. He was so sweet to me, but I knew I wouldn't be able to give him what he deserved.

We arrived at my house and it became silent. I didn't know what to say but I still didn't want him to leave.

"So, do you want to repeat this?", he asked shyly scratching the back of his head. I nodded and smiled at him.

"Maybe you can really show me around. I'd love to see your favourite places", I suggested putting off his jacket.

"Yes, good idea", he said looking at me a bit longer.

"Thank you", I said giving him his jacket back.

"Go in now, before you freeze", he said chuckling.

"Okay, bye then", I said but before I left, I gave him a quick hug.

"Goodbye, Y/N."

I made my way upstairs and happily fell back on the bed. I didn't know how, but he made me feel good and think positively about myself. I smiled like a girl who got a lollipop, when a loud knock on my window made me flinch.

"Jungkook!", I gasped shocked as I spotted him at my balcony knocking persistently on my window.

"Are you crazy?", I asked opening the door and let him, "you startled me."

He shrugged and plopped down on my bed furrowing his eyebrows. "And, how was your date?", he asked sarcastically and looked dismally at me.

"Are you mad because I couldn't study with you?", I cooed at him, holding myself back from pinching his cheeks.

He pouted like a cute bunny and rolled his eyes. "Nevermind", he said pressing his lips together and let himself fall back on the bed.

"Wait, Jungkook. What are you doing?", I asked confused since I was actually planning to go to be bed soon.

"I'm lying down", he answered innocently.

"You can't stay here", I said chuckling, "I'm going to bed and it's already late."

He groaned and rolled to the side to get up. "If you want me to leave, you have to promise me one thing", he said and watched me organising my stuff.

"Okay..", I said hesitantly looking at him closely.

"You have to study with me tomorrow", he said looking deadly serious.

"Yes, I promise", I said smiling at him, because that was no problem for me.

"And now leave", I said pushing him to the door. I was glad anyway, that my parents didn't notice anything since it was already late and I think they wouldn't like it if I had boys up in my room at this hour.

"And remember, you can't just show up whenever you want only because our balcony's are two meters away", I said scolding him.

He chuckled and smirked at me. His eyes sparkled and he hopped over to his balcony. "Sleep well", he said winking and left me flustered on the balcony.

I looked into the night sky. What should I do about him?
