Chapter 5

Harry couldn't remember a time where he was happier, Draco made him feel safe. They had only been dating for about 6 months, and they had been separated from one another for months. But he wanted forever with Draco, but did Draco want forever with him?

Draco knew everything Harry was thinking, because he was, well speaking it. But Draco didn't comment on it, knowing Harry didn't want him too. Draco only kissed his forehead.

''Wanna go flying?'' Draco asked

''I don't have my broom,'' Harry said, his voice muffled by Draco's coat.

''I've got it covered love'' Draco said walking over to a tree and picking up a broom,

"I brought one'' Draco said smiling

"What about you? And your fancy clothes?'' Harry said worried

Draco snapped his fingers and he was dressed in only all-black jeans, with a black belt, with no shirt.

''Let's fly'' Draco said, extending his wings, he flew into the air

Harry giggled, hopping on the broom, he soared

Draco was already in the air, he flew low. Barely missing the water, Draco laughed and sharply turned up. Draco laughed, his magnificent booming laughter. It was music to Harry's ears, Draco had a look of pure happiness, something Harry never wanted to stop.

''You ok angel?'' Draco asked, pushing his hair out of his face.

''Yeah... yeah just thinking'' Harry said

Draco and Harry landed on the ground once again, Draco seemed more at peace now.

''Food?'' Draco asked as he pulled a picnic basket out, with a blanket.

He laid them out. They ate in relative silence, Harry being quite hungry. Draco mostly watched Harry, completely in love with Harry as he had been since the robe shop back in 1st year.

Nothing made his heartbeat like Harry's voice, there was just something about it. Maybe because it came straight from the heavens, along with Harry himself. Or maybe-

''Where have you been?'' Harry interrupted,

''I knew that question was going to pop up soon, let me start from the beginning but if you want any of my blood come get it now,'' Draco said, holding his wrist out.

Harry drank from Draco's wrist because he didn't feel comfortable drinking from his neck, feeling that he might not be able to stop himself. They both knew that Harry couldn't kill Draco. But Harry wouldn't take any chances, and Draco would respect that for as long as he needed to.

Harry nodded crawling forward, latching onto Draco's wrist.

He drank.

Draco patted his head,

''Now let me tell you where I've been''

Harry sat up slightly so that he could continue drinking

''When I left Hogwarts I went to the creature world, which is where Elves, Veela, Fae, Vampires, wolves, and other magical creatures live. I can't tell you much about it because of security reasons, even though I trust you with my life.'' Draco said smiling at Harry

Harry unlatched from Draco's arm, licking up the blood/to heal the wound. There was a bit of a rustle in the woods.

"Anyways my 3 cousins have all died in a matter of 2 years'' at that Harry gasped

"It's not abnormal, their names were Lilly, Popova, and Rosen. Men Veela are less common in the Veela world but are still there. They all died different deaths, Rosen died first, he died because his mate died, my oldest cousin Popova in war, she was fighting against the wizards who were trying to harm one of the young elven children. And then my youngest cousin Lilly died, of a disease, we call it the no mate disease. Very creative I know, but she died because she had no mate.  She had been dying for a long time, and we all knew it, it wasn't fixable and we didn't try to fix it. My cousins were next in line for the Veela throne. And since they are dead, the Queen needed someone to take their place, and that person was me. She mourns their deaths, but she knows that's just a part of life and being a veela. I spent lots of time there, so I didn't need to learn the place and I knew veela/creature laws. And that's where I've been.'' Draco heard whistling; he stood up quickly,

Harry's head had been laying on his leg. Which had fallen onto the ground, Draco kissed it.

"My time with you is up my dear, never forget that I love you. I will see you soon." Draco aaid.

Draco then rushed to put all of his stuff in his bag, grabbing a box from within it,

"Here lies 10 bottles of my blood, energy replenishers, if you can't eat there is protein nourisher, dreamless sleep potions, and directions on when to take them. Also, there are a couple of my shirts, pants-" Draco was trying to finish but there was more violent whistling, and rustling in the trees.

"And a sweatshirt, see you soon love you," Draco said pecking Harry's forehead, before running off.

In the distance, Harry could see 3 figures that weren't Draco's

"I'm coming," Draco said flying into the sky, laughing and fooling with them.

"See you soon, and I love you too Dray bear," Harry said quietly as he smelled Draco's sweatshirt. 

OMG 2k!!!! I love you all so much this is my, for now, 2k chapter, I promise I will write a better/longer one. Also, I know this doesn't exactly follow the original authors' plot, I love them. But there wasn't one and that isn't a bad thing. Anyways Love you all, happy 11:11.
