~'Spell' out love ~ George Weasley X Reader

It was quite late into the day and we were all sitting in the Great Hall either studying for tests or talking amongst ourselfs to pass the time.

I was sat with the golden trio as usual listening into their conversations that didn't involve me until I spotted Harry in the corner of my eye, get up from his seat and leave to walk down to were Katie bell sat with the rest of her friends.

I watched carefully as the two began to talk and could just about lip read what Katie bell was saying.

Something along the lines of "I don't know." But she stops herself from speaking once locking eyes with Malfoy.

Malfoy looks at the two and leaves out of fear. Harry follows out after him.

I run up behind him, grabbing a hold of his arm.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Y/n."

"No. Tell me whats going on." I said crossing over my arms.

"It was him. It was Malfoy who hexed Katie." Harry spoke in a whisper making my eyes widen.

"Right." I nod, allowing him to pass before taking a seat to finish of my meal.

Some time had passed and I was beginning to worry that the two had gotten themselves into deep shit.

When it was getting closer to the bell, I was about to leave to find him until, out of no where, Harry came strolling down the hall. sitting down without saying a word. I looked at him expectantly but he didn't say anything. In fact it looked as though the colour had drained from him.

The bell rang for next class and we all got up to leave. Hermione came over and walked with me like always, but even i could tell she was wondering the same thing as I was. Mione leaned into me and began talking in a whisper so that Harry couldn't hear us as he walked in front.

"What do you think happend?" She asked.

"I don't know..." I paused to look at Harry. "But I'm about to find out." I said while separating away for her to have a word with Harry alone. I walked further a head from everyone else and waited behind the door until i was sure that everyone had left.

Once I saw Harry exit out from the hall, himself, I pulled him aside and pushed him towards the wall.

"Alright tough stuff, you ain't leaving here until I know exactly what happend back there." I said while pointing my finger into his chest and crossing over my arms.

"Nothing." He said although I wasn't 100% convinced that he was telling me the truth.

"Don't play dumb with me, Harry. It doesn't suit you, now TALK!" I hissed.

"Alright, fine." He said.

"When i confronted Malfoy about hexing Katie Bell, he didn't exactly take it lightly. We ended up dueling in the boys toilets and I fired a spell at him that I read from a book not knowing it could potentially kill him. Their are you happy?" Harry explained while exsapertly flinging his hands into the air.

I stood their staring at Harry with blank eyes until he snapped me out of my trance.

"Y/n! I have to go to class." Harry said.

"Yes...sorry." I said while moving out of the way for Harry to leave so that I could stay behind and think about what Harry just said.

'If Harry used a spell that could potentially kill someone...then What happend to Malfoy?' I thought.

~ Time skip

We all found out about the book Harry kept after professer Slughorn's class and convinced him to get rid of it before he causes anymore harm or worse, gets in to some deep amount of trouble.

We all knew he wouldn't listen to us, but both me and Mione knew exactly who he WOULD listen to.

~ Ginny.

A few days after Harry had gotten rid of the book, Harry decided to take his vile of liquid luck. Me, Ron and Hermione all observed closely as Harry began to drink down the small amount of liquid and smiled widely.

"Well? How do you feel?" Hermione asked while looking inbetween us all.

"Excellent." He smiled while standing up.

"Really excellent."

All of us copied Harry's actions and stood up. Harry walked by us causally making Hermione turn to me with furrowed brows.

"Where are you going?" She asked.

"I'm going to Hagrid's." He spoke casually.

"I thought you were going to see professer Slughorn you nutjob." I laughed.

"Yeah I know, but I-I've got a really good feeling about visiting Hagrid. Do you know what I mean?" He asked with wide eyes.

"No." We all said.

Harry turned and left us all behind and contiued on his path. Hermione called out for him but he ignored her. I guess we would all have to wait and find out what happend, later.
