everybody was excited about the beginning of the school year. the now new dormitories were renovated during the summer break, as before it looked like a complete mess. because of the renovations, each dorm's numbers changed, and so the roommates had to be changed too.
taeyong's previous roommate of 2 years was chittaphon leechaiyapornkul, better known as ten. they became such good friends that they now are inseparable.

taeyong woke up at 8 am at his sister's house. he stayed there the whole summer due to dormitories being restored. as he woke up, taeyong heard raindrops hitting his bedroom's window and sliding down afterward. the sound of rain was calming though made getting out of bed a hundred times harder.
taeyong was quite excited for today. he was going to meet his new roommate. even though taeyong can be kind of shy or awkward around people, he loves to make friends and is very affectionate towards them.
pink hair combed, pajamas off, jeans, a striped shirt and shoes on, taeyong was ready to go to school. he put on a coat, took an umbrella and, of course, his backpack, said goodbyes to his sister and taeyong was off.

as taeyong entered the school's territory, he saw a group of people talking and laughing under a roof. his bad eyesight was a disappointment to him, as he couldn't make out who was standing there. Suddenly, a blurry figure waved at him and started running towards taeyong. it was---
"HIIIII!!" the person clung to taeyong, "im so happpyyyy to ssseeeee youuu!!"
it was ten.
"oh hi ten! i didn't see you!" taeyong hugged him as tightly.
"of course you didn't. you have shit eyesight. what's new?" ten showed a cheeky smile.
"nothing. you know just doi--"
"bitch, that was a rhetorical question," ten backed away from the hug jokingly.
both friends kept on talking and walked to the previously mentioned group. it was doyoung, yuta, jungwoo and haechan. they all hugged one another and entered the school.
the classes weren't happening today due to students moving into the dorms. some students had already gotten their dorm number and were exiting the school to go pack up things at home. taeyong and others were waiting in the line at the registrations desk to get their assigned dorm keys. it was going to be a long wait.
