"Eh!? Jotaro? Kakyoin? Wha-what happened to you? And where's Polnareff? Molly exclaimed in mixed surprise and panic. Standing before her were without a doubt Jotaro and Kakyoin, but they were younger, much younger. Maybe 4-5 years, if Molly had to guess, and they were positively adorable. Kakyoin cocked his head to the side with a confused look.

"Polnareff? Who's that? You look familiar big sis, but I don't remember your name?" he said with a small, concerned voice. An enemy stand was the only logical explanation to this. Molly thought for a second what the best course of action would be, and decided to take the boys back to the hotel. It would be hard to track down the enemy with them in tow, and they could hardly fight in their "condition". She bent down to their eye level and flashed them a reassuring smile.

"I'm Molly, Amane Molly. Don't worry, I'm your friend, you can trust me, okay?" she said and offered a hand for each of them to take. Kakyoin clasped his smaller hand in hers, but Jotaro hesitated. Molly lifted the brim of his now too big cap so that she could look him in the eyes.

"Don't worry Jotaro, your grandpa is waiting for you at the hotel" his features perked up at this, and he spoke in disbelief

"Jiji Joseph? He's here?" Molly couldn't help but chuckle at his adorable reaction.

"Yup, the one and only. Let's go see what he's up to, hm?" and this time Jotaro took her offered hand. The change was unexpected, but very welcome on Molly's part, she loved kids and she loved her friends, so this was a win-win situation for her. As much as she loved them, they could sometimes be a bit over-caring,so it was nice to be in charge for once. With their hands in hers the stroll to the hotel began.

The boys were well behaved, much to Molly's delight, but it didn't take long before Kakyoin got tired of walking.

"Big sis, my feet hurt" he said and tugged on her arm. Molly stopped in her tracks and kneeled down to the ground, and motioned for him to hop on her back.

"Hop on, I'll give you a piggyback ride, the hotel's not far away" she said cheerily and Kakyoin gladly did as he was told. Jotaro however had some issues with this.

"No fair, I want a ride too!" he loudly protested with crossed arms. Molly chuckled, seeing Jotaro express emotions was new, in the best possible way.

"Alright, I'll carry you too then. Wrap your arms around my neck and legs around my waist, I should be able to carry you both since you don't weigh much anything" she said, the last part mostly to herself. Jotaro grinned and all but jumped into her, wrapping his small arms around her neck and legs around her waist. Tucking a hand under each boys bottom for support, Molly slowly rose to stand. I can do this she thought, I'll have Heart help me if it gets too heavy. With slow but steady steps she started walking again.

"We're here" she softly exclaimed and kneeled to put the boys down. Unwillingly they let go and followed her to Mr. Joestar's and Avdol's room. She knocked on the door and within moments it flung open, revealing Mr. Joestar. Before he could say anything, Jotaro had already plastered himself onto his leg while shouting and excited "Jiji!". Mr. Joestar scratched his head in bewilderment, and then looked to Molly for an explanation. She offered him a sheepish smile.

"Uh, hey Mr. Joestar. It seems the boys ran into an enemy and well, as you can see..." she trailed off, struggling to find the right words. Mr. Joestar was at a loss for words. Kakyoin had been standing behind Molly all this time, poor boy was feeling shy.

"Big sis, who is that old man?" he asked while tugging at her arm. Molly let out a chuckle as Mr. Joestar looked slightly offended at the boys words.

"That's Jotaro's grandfather, Mr. Joestar" she casually replied, and then turned her gaze to said man.

"Do you mind taking care of these two? I have to go back for Polnareff" she said with a hint of concern in her voice, but Mr. Joestar quickly retorted.

"No, no... Eh I mean, you stay here with them, me and Avdol will take care of Polnareff" he said while trying to shake Jotaro off his leg. Molly chuckled and kneeled down to Jotaro's eye level.

"Let's go to my room, we can watch TV and eat ice cream, yeah?" she said and smiled at him. He instantly let go of the leg he had been holding onto and now clung onto Molly instead.

"Can we watch Free Willy?" he said with such a sparkle in his eyes that Molly couldn't say no to him.

"If it's alright with Kakyoin, sure" she said and glanced at the redhead. He nodded shyly, a little jealous that Jotaro was hogging Molly to himself. Molly stood up with Jotaro still clinging to her, offering one hand for Kakyoin to take and supporting Jotaro with the other.

"Alright, let's go then!"

Once at her room they had ordered room-service, and Molly thanked God that they had Free Willy available for renting. She inserted the tape into the player and the boys attention was instantly glued to the TV. Once the movie was over Jotaro was on fire, spouting all kinds of facts about fish and marine life. Molly listened to his eager little voice, and just smiled and nodded. Suddenly his face dropped and he mused quietly

"You're nice big sis, just like my mom" and then his voiced got even smaller and his lip started quivering

"I miss her"

Molly's heart sank, seeing Jotaro so vulnerable was something she never thought to witness in a million years. She swooped the boy into a hug.

"Oh sweetness, I'm sure she misses you too" she said gently and rubbed the small of his back. She felt her shoulder get wet, and soon Kakyoin was wailing too.

"I miss *sniff* my mooom!" he managed to say through tears and sobs, Molly swooped him into the hug too.

"There, there" she cooed and rubbed their backs to comfort them. She laid down on the bed when she noticed they had both fallen asleep, both boys resting their heads on her shoulders. She kissed them both on the forehead and whispered

"Sweet dreams". Being a mom sure was tiring, but very fulfilling. She smiled and soon drifted off too.

When she woke she felt almost uncomfortably snug, only to realise that she was sandwiched between now "normal" Jotaro and Kakyoin. She tried to move, but Kakyoins grip around her wouldn't budge. She felt her face redden at their rather intimate position, Kakyoins hot breath blowing at her neck. For a second she thought about waking them up, but seeing Jotaro's otherwise so stern features so relaxed and peaceful made her think otherwise.

After all, it wasn't that bad.
