The whole scenario that had occurred wasn't ever mentioned again by the two teens. Although Lucas couldn't get it out of his head. The encounter was an odd but addicting one. Not to mention it was Lucas's first kiss and encounter of that sort with any girl. It's hard to put into words how he was feeling. All he knows is that it sure isn't a negative one.

Y/n on the other hand has tried not to think about it that much, knowing she did initiate most of it. She couldn't help but really tease the boy that day, though much hasn't changed because she still likes to do it once in awhile. But not too much to let it effect her job on seaQuest. There was something different about Lucas that she couldn't put her finger on.

It has only been about 2 months since that day and the rest of those days were filled with them working together on some parts and then breaking off doing individual work. The days were filled with business and hard work. Although the 2 couldn't help but slip up with their teenage ways sometimes with bickering and messing around.

Nights were different as they usually get ready to rest in their shared room and share what all they did during the day to each other. They talk, rant, crack jokes, and watch TV for hours on their separate beds until one just falls asleep first.

It always relieved Lucas that he doesn't have to explain what everything means and that he has someone his age like Y/n that understand his techie language.

Y/n always has that teasing personality w/him that makes them comfortable w/each other. It gets some of the nervousness of her being a beautiful female sharing a room w/him off his shoulder.

only some.

There are always times where he would slip up and check her out or space off to think about her. He was still a guy after all. He is still working on his overall mature side to push off the lewd thoughts when he needed to.

Although tonight was different.

It was already around midnight when Lucas was finished with his work and he was heading to their room. He was exhausted and was spacing off a lot.

He opened the door and all he could think about was how tired he was. He closed the door and immediately headed to the bathroom to change into other attire.

He was so exhausted that he didn't even think about where Y/n could be. Not thinking clearly he opened the bathroom door. His half opened eyelids sprawled wide open in shock as the beautiful girl in front of him was only in a towel. His nerves got the best of him and he stood there and couldn't move nor keep his eyes anywhere else but at her.

There are those thoughts of his again.

"G-God I'm sorry." Lucas stutters shutting the door immediately snapping out of his trance.

"LUCAS IM KICKING YOUR ASS." y/n yells.

"oh god i'm screwed." lucas whispers to himself pacing around the room.
should i leave? he processes in his head.
His thoughts were interrupted when a harsh hit was aimed to his head.
he looks down at what was thrown and it was the infamous ball. he turns around to see y/n fully clothed with an angry glare.

"so did you lose your mind or what?" she asks setting her used towels down. she picks one up and starts rolling it daringly. she smirks at lucas. Lucas swallows hard at what's about to happen next.

Y/n suddenly flings the towel at Lucas's crotch area, causing a stinging sensation to occur.

"fuck." he says dropping to his knees.
"it was an accident you maniac." he says desperately begging with his eyes to be forgived.

"manic shmaniac. what a perve." she says dropping the towel. she throws the dirty clothes in her hamper as she gets ready for bed.

a stuck feeling boiled within Lucas causing his face to heat up.

what was this new feeling?
i'm 16 and i'm so clueless.

he spaced out once again catching y/n's attention immediately. she knocks her knuckle on his head causing him to snap out of it.

"flustered already?" she smirks at him ruffling his hair. a blush forms on his cheeks as he turns away.

she suddenly grabs his jaw making direct eye contact with him.

"be careful what you wish for. Lucas."
