This is how they would treat a kid in the base.
Spy
He would most likely avoid them because he thinks children are nosy. If he speaks to them, he'll complicate his words.
Scout
Scout would play games with them to keep them from getting bored. Board games, tag, hide and seek, and other things of the sort.
Medic
The kid would likely be afraid of him. If they weren't, he would explicitly say how he'd experiment on them to make them afraid.
Sniper
He would be like an uncle to the kid. He'd occasionally let them sip a beer and they'd probably think he was the coolest person on the planet.
Pyro
They would cause chaos together. Breaking things, and taping them together just enough so that the next person that touches it thinks that they themselves broke it is one of their favorite past times.
Engineer
He would teach them a lot of stuff about life in a practical way. Engineer knows how to solves problems, and he would probably teach the kid to do the same.
