"Carter smile! You are making this ten times harder

"Carter smile! You are making this ten times harder. So just smile!" Lacey yells at me. She points the phone at me again. Rae and I have been trying to take pictures for what seems like two hours. I need a shot and I really don't feel like taking these pictures tonight.

Even though this is probably the most comfortable outfit I have ever worn to a party before.

Tonight's jersey themed party made getting ready so much easier. I threw on my Sixers jersey and a pair of spandex with Converse. I put my already curled hair in a half up half down ponytail. We have been taking pictures at the pregame for at least an hour.

To which I have missed playing pong with Q. Lacey also seems to have brought Braden to the pregame and to tell you I was shocked was an understatement. I have barely heard much from her side about Michael vs Braden.

Have heard tons from the rest of the boys.

"Fine, I'm smiling," I huff putting on a smile. I tuck my red Solo cup behind Rae away from the picture. Rae is more than ready to be taking pictures. I have been drunk since about 10am today and I am really starting to get hit with how tired I am. After these pictures, I am taking a power nap in Q's room before we actually go to the party. We take a few more pictures before finally I am released.

A bunch of Q's frat brothers are here as well as the usual people who get invited to these things. I catch Q by the pong table and head over to him. He's playing with I think some guy named Charlie, maybe not. I don't know my head is too fuzzy for this. A random brunette stands next to him and I tap his arm.

"Hey, I'm going to take a nap in your room," I tell him. He glances down at me curiously.

"You good?"

"Yeah bro I just drank way too much at the game," I tell him nodding my head he glances at me again. I can tell he's debating on if he should come with me. "I'm fine, play pong."

I leave no room for question as I shoot him a glare. He nods his head hitting my shoulder lightly. I turn and head up the stairs. Why frat houses have be like a billion rooms and all rooms have to look the same from the outside are two very good questions. The first time I had to find Q's room

It took me forever to figure out where this kids room was but now I know it by heart. Via all the times I have crashed in his room. Technically he still lives in the dorms but majority of the time he's here. I push open the door and shut it behind me. I flick on his lamp and stare at his bed. It is made to perfection and I literally almost look up at the sky to thank the heavens.

Surprisingly, he doesn't only have a comforter and no top sheet as most dudes I know in college have. He has the whole set and I thank his mom for that. I starfish across the bed and sigh happily. My Nike spandex and my jersey is going to make this a heavenly nap. I am so comfortable and ready to sleep I could cry.

I snuggle further into the bed and hum in appreciation. I am so thankful we decided to pregame here rather than a random house. I really need this power nap if I am going to make it to this party. The sound of Q's door creaking open makes me shoot up in my spot on his bed. My heart is racing in my chest. Every single though comes across my brain thinking about who in the hell is coming into this room.
