Chapter 3: The Time Patrollers Z

"Where are we? And what date is it?" Trunks says, his head was dizzy as the landing was rough. Gohan was standing next to him just as confused and dizzy as Trunks.

"Hello Trunks, Hello Gohan. I'm not sure if we've met before but my name is Whis and this here is Lord Beeruz. " Whis points at Beeruz. Trunks and Gohan suddenly gets on their knees to bow. " We have heard of you two. It's great to be in your presence Lord Beeruz." Says Gohan clearly nervous.

"Trunks! Gohan! You guys look so cool!" Goku shouts from behind ruining the mood. "No fair guys. You get to battle bad people all over the timeline."

"Let's not waste anymore time. I want to explain more about the timeline before i let you join the Time Patrollers. Trunks, Gohan. I assume you've heard about the group that's planning to rival the Time Patrollers and corrupt the timelines."

"Yes, we have" Trunks says with formality. " Well then. The timeline that we are in now is the maim timeline. Everytime someone goes back or forward a new timeline is created and is separated to the main one. This is so that the main one isn't ruined by whatever the person had done. Timelines cannot be destroyed so the Time Wardens make the timeline that are unbalance unconnected. Meaning no one may go through the timeline anymore. No one will be able to access it. What the rival group is doing isn't completely wrong. In fact the Time Wardens love what they're doing. You see by corrupting timelines they've saved the Time Wardens from too much work. A great number of timeline is very confusing. But the rival group are also trying to corrupt the main timeline. And because it is the main it will not be unconnected. The main timeline as well as Universe 7 might stay corrupted if we don't do anything about it. So your job is to stop the rival from corrupting this timeline. Any questions?" Whis looks around but no one was saying anything.

"So um Whis. are we just going to wait here?" Goku says while scratching his head. "Nope, our plan is to stop the rival from reaching the main timeline. I've heard that they've been recruiting strong people to their group in different timelines. They might be too strong for you guys when they reach this timeline. It's just a matter of time before they find the main one.

" If they are too strong for us then why are you making us do your job?" Vegeta says out of nowhere. "It's the the least you can do. Everyday the earth is still alive is a blessing from us."

"Pft, how about the tournament of power? Wasn't that enough?" Vegeta replies. " It was. for few months. But times up and you're lucky I haven't destroyed earth." Beeruz replies back.

" Enough with the chit-chat. Trunks, Gohan. Why don't you get the Z fighters ready. I hope you guys do a great job. If the rivals ever reach the main timeline. The earth will be destroyed before they could even breathe." And with that. Whis and Beeruz leaves earth.

" So, you've been saving the timeline." Vegeta says to Trunks. "Yes Father. I heard that you and the others won the TOP." Trunks replies. " Woah! Hi it's me. Trunks, the main one." Trunks and Goten runs at the front. "U-uh hello there kiddo." Trunks pats himself. "Hey. How's saving the timeline?" Gohan asks his future self. " It's been great. We get to fight Powerful villains.. Father." Future Gohan sees Goku and runs up to him to hug. "W-woah it's like you haven't seen me for a long time!" Goku says while laughing. "Yeah it's been a while. In our timeline.. P- Piccolo! It's been so long."

A few minutes later. " Enough of the reunion and let's get going. I don't want to waste anymore valuable time, it's not like the rivals are waiting for us." Vegeta says ruining the happy mood. "Well– let's get you guys into your suit. " Trunks gets a couple of capsules and tosses them to the Z fighters. " Mom influenced the Time Patrollers a lot. So they made their tech with mom's designs." Trunks says, looking down. "How about us? Where's our suits?" Gohan and Trunks asks. "Sorry but it seems that we don't have enough. And i think you guys are too young to fight this battle with us" Trunks says. " How about this– if ever the rivals get here we'll have you guys as backup" Future Gohan says trying to comfort them. " Yes! Awesome. Hey Trunks let's go train so we'll get stronger." Future Gohan was feeling a bit guilty since he knows that if the rivals ever reach the main timeline. It means that The Z fighters and the Time Patrollers have failed and probably dead.

The Z Fighters ready up as Trunks calls in for a bigger spaceship. As the the spaceship sent from the Time Patrollers land on earth the Z fighters including Future Trunks amd Gohan enters the ship. And with that the ship leaves and begins their journey on finding the rivals and defeating them before they reach the main timeline.

"Hey Vegeta"

"What?"

"Looking forward to fighting with you."
Goku says while scratching his head.

"Tch. I'm not" Vegeta smirks.
