Heyo! Thanks for all the votes and views everyone! Hope y'all enjoy!

Beep. Beep. Beep.

That sound is what Izuku first notices when he finally come into consciousness; His eyes crack open slowly and looks around the room he finds himself in, a hospital room, his mind supplies as he scans the room further. He first notices how dark it is, then moonlight which bled through the window inside his room and finally a bright yellow cocoon sat in the corner unmoving. On his bed stand was the 'call nurse' button, too far out of his reach with his hand so he called it to him with his telekinesis. It floated over easily enough, and Izuku pressed it and waited for someone to come check on him.

With it being night-time, there weren't so many nurses stationed on his ward, but one still came to look inside, and spotted a fully alert Izuku sat up on his bed. The nurse, a male, Izuku presumed, left to call whoever they needed, probably a doctor of some sorts and returning to Izuku with a jug of water along with a cup to go with it. The nurse introduced himself,

"Hey there! My name is Akio! Nice to meet you!" The man seemed bright despite his large stature of 5 feet and 11 inches and completely black eyes like a black hole. "I'm here to make sure that you don't get another infection!"

Another? Izuku tried speaking, but his throat felt like sandpaper, so he took the cup from the nurse and drank as said nurse continued,

"Yeah... A piece of shrapnel that hit you was laced with some sort of man-made virus that attacked your body... I was called in to help with my quirk! It's called Anti-Viral and does what it says on the tin in that it produces very potent anti-bodies to fight of any viruses!" The man bowed to Izuku before leaving.

Now that the nurse left, Izuku was near enough alone with his thoughts, his dad was too asleep to notice Izuku, and began his thinking; 'That was clearly a targeted attack. Professionals with lots of money if that literal man-made virus has anything to tell me. They also know of my heritage, the apparent heir to the Crimson Wyverns, so maybe enemies of theirs wanting to eliminate the me due to my link to the leaders?' Izuku had begun muttering, which he thought he had gotten rid of that habit, his ideas bouncing inside the near empty room.

Hours drifted by for Izuku, who sat contemplating his attack within his own home and wasn't until the bustling sound of nurses noticed the time. By now, Izuku had gotten his breakfast which wasn't too bad at least, some orange juice, cornflakes and two pieces of toast; Izuku's last piece of toast hangs out of his mouth as his dad begins to wake up from his heavy slumber. Black eyes meet green ones and then followed by a blur of black thundering towards Izuku; Arms wrap tight around Izuku as his dad cursed to all the gods that might have been listening to him before speaking to Izuku,

"Problem Child... I'm glad to see your okay." Izuku didn't say anything about those small tears in the corner of his eyes. Izuku responded,

"I missed you too dad." As he reciprocated the hug. They sat like that for a few minutes in silence before his dad spoke up,

"You'll have to prepare extra hard now for the exams coming up, you know."
