Y/N and her short time boyfriend were at a local party dancing the night away, having drinks, and enjoying life.
Y/N hadn't had this much fun in months. Her days were full of pajamas, Criminal Minds, and ice cream. The only good thing about those months was seeing Derek Morgan's face on the tv screen.
"Uh, Y/N," a friend of her's patted her back, "Mosey is here." He said.
Y/N tensed up and looked around. She saw Mosey walking right towards her, it was too late to flee.
"What's good, Y/N?" Lathan asked his ex. Y/N shook her head and grabbed her boyfriend's hand.
"Nothing much." Lathan stared directly at Y/N's new boyfriend. He didn't think she would ever move on, at least for a while.
"Uh, Lathon this is Sean. Sean this Lathan, my ex."
Sean held out his hand and said, "What's good." He had a smile on his face. This is why Y/N liked him, Sean was never negative towards people, a great change from her ex.
"Look," Lathan ignored Sean's hand. "You ever hurt her, then you better watch your back. And that goes for you and everyone around you." Mosey gave Sean one last scowl, then walked away.
