A blue fish gaped at you, opening and closing its mouth and staring at your (color) eyes holding boredom. It swam away not interested in you like it was mentally saying bitch bye.You moved over to the next tank with the slightest smile on your features. Turtles were swimming and resting in their habitats not caring about the humans like yourself watching them. The sight lightened up your mood as you continued to enjoy their cuteness.
I wonder if Mo Peep would mind another friend.
"Now this is cool." Your head snapped towards the boy beside you. He wrote down the facts given by a small card on the glass of the exhibit. "I don't think the Loch Ness monster has a protective shell, but their claws are similar to a turtle's."
He stuck his tongue out, jotting down the characteristics of the turtle claws. Dib chuckled to himself, calling you to follow him to the next exhibit.
You frowned, waving to the turtles for a goodbye.

"Woah look, (Name)!" Dib pointed at the snakes with utter glee. He observed their long bodies moving along the plants in their tanks. He scribbled words down on his notepad before taking a picture.
You were also taking sight of the reptiles. Their colorful scales blended in with the surroundings which left a few of them unseen to the human eye. One of them peered at you, causing a shudder to run down your spine. Its head swayed left and right growing closer to the clear glass. A long body of scales revealed itself causing you to freeze.
"Di-"
"We have to check out the electric eels." He turned away from you, unaware of your furrowed brows. "I know that they aren't in the fish section so they have to be in this aquarium somewhere." He tapped his chin.
"C'mon let's go find it." Dib adjusted his glasses before looking back at you. He raised a brow at your sudden glare towards the snake who was perched on a rock with its body wrapped around itself. "I take it you're not a fan of snakes."
He nudged your shoulder, bringing you back into reality. You closed your eyes in frustration and walked away from the snake's tank. Dib stared at you and then the snake. He followed after you confused with your hatred for the reptile.
Should I ask her about it?
"Stupid thoughts. Stupid snakes. Stupid Tak." You huffed, feeling a tight sensation in your throat. It was yourself trying not to cry at these irritations.
You were exhausting with everything yet, you only did so much in the previous thirty minutes of being at the aquarium. You looked down at your shaking palms that curled into fists. The fury running through your veins was itching out to punch something. At the same time you wanted to collapse on the floor and allow the vultures to feast upon your body. Meanwhile your entire body felt extremely uncomfortable at the sight of people wondering about. Even though they weren't focused on you, it was so irritating just to be around them. Your heartbeat thumped against your chest in a fast manner.
You looked down at your fists to see your fingers digging into your skin. Pain, you can focus on the pain. That would make you better-
No. No. It won't. Taking a shaky breath, you rubbed your temples holding back a whimper. Anger clashed with defeat, but defeat won as a tear slid down your eye. Cursing, you wiped your left eye and took another shaky breath.
