After they got to Everglen, they all changed into more comfortable clothes and played the whole day.

They had 2 rounds of basequest where Sophie's team always wins, a round of hide and seek inside the Everglen mansion and one round of truth or dare.

When the sun was about to set, Della called them to come inside and eat some snacks prepared. Mallowmelt and the such were served on the table, and they all hurried back to get more than the others.

Just as Sophie was eating her 3rd piece, she suddenly remembered of today's incident, and her parents- especially Grady.

"Crap." She suddenly muttered under her breath, but her friends heard it and looked at her.

"What's wrong?" Fitz asked.

She gulped and looked at Dex who was, as of the moment, enjoying his food. "I'm going to get killed by Grady when he hears the news." She said, covering her face with her hands.

Dex realized what she was saying and choked on himself.

"Biana, can I stay here for like, until Grady won't kill me?" She asked, half joking and half serious.

Biana looked at her with concernas Keefe fanned the air around the dining table, telling Sophie that her dread's becoming one with his.

"Did something happen earlier when we left?" Tam asked. Sophie and Dex looked at each other and shared a sigh. "If you don't want to tell us, you could always just say it during lunch, next week." Linh said.

"Err, that's the problem. Dex and I won't be joining you for lunch. For 3 days." She said, nervously taking another piece of mallowmelt.

"Why?" Keefe asked. "You got lunch detention or something?" He obviously meant it as a joke, but he stopped laughing once he realized he said the right thing. "Seriously? I need to hear this Foster."

"I don't wanna talk about it, let alone rememeber it." She said, doing a facepalm. "Oh shit, Grady's really gonna get furious." She muttered again.

"Let's hope he won't get the news then." Dex said, his fingers crossed.

Bianna softly slammed the table and said "Okay, seriously. What happened?" It sounded more like a demand than a question.

I personally don't want to talk about it, so is it okay if you let Fitz find the memory? Sophie transmitted to Dex.

It's fine, but are you okay with wonderboy seeing... that? -D

It's not like we have a choice. The news is bound to reach everyone by next week. Let's just get this over with. -S

"Hello? Earth to Foster? Can you stop sending secret messages with Dizznee over here and just tell us?" Keefe said, snapping a finger infront of Sophie's eyes which startled her.

"Search for Dex memories, Fitz. He already agreed." Sophie said, trying to escape but Biana stopped her with her telekinesis. "Great." She said, rolling her eyes.

Fitz closed his eyes and concentrated looking into Dex's memories. He started after they left the cafeteria and got a little furious when he found out that leaving the two of them alone was intentional.

He watched and watched, and actually came to a point where he got a little bored, until he reached the memory of a guy approaching Sophie. He was a level 7, but that's all that he knows.
