Hydroportation is a method of teleportation in which users teleport through water or by transforming into water. Users can also bodies of water to project themselves either partially or fully to communicate.
Similar to other teleportation powers, users can carry passengers with them. It should be noted that the user nor the passengers do not get wet when using this teleportation.
Although its effects are the same, its color varies from one user to another.
