Luna's pov

"You're ridiculous" she giggled

"Well I'm sorry that I'm addicted to you" I smiled and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear

"You want my grandma to have a heart attack?"

"Atleast you'll have the best climax of your life, the anxiety of getting caught makes it more intense" I smirked

"Where did I find you?" she chuckled

"In your father's office, it was love at first sight"

"Ugh, I hate you" she mumbled and situated herself on my chest. Her back pressed against my chest and I wrapped my arms around her

"What do you think about us? After highschool?" she asked

"I- I'm not sure what will happen with my arrangements with my father. Our agreement was for a while on earth, nothing permanent. But you make it so hard to leave, honestly I don't even want to" I mumbled

"What do you mean, you don't want to?"

"Even Taylor can admit there's something different about earth. The music, the food, the fresh air, the feeling of freedom. Humans can be a pain in the ass sometimes but they're what makes this place so special. I've grown so attached to it over the months, hell will always be my home but earth is just... Different"

"How do you think your dad's gonna take it?" she asked

"I know my father looks like a sweetheart outside, but you gotta remember. He's the devil, there's many things the man can hide but he never conceals his emotions when it comes to me. I know he wants me back there, some stuff haven't been going right and I'm the only person to fix it. Deals are crashing and I'm up here, on vacation" I sighed

"Luna, listen to me" Aelia said, she cupped my face and held my gaze into her eyes

"If you think being here is what's best for you, don't be scared to say that. You left hell for a reason and found yourself here. Don't let the pressure and anxiety of making your father happy, get in the way of your own. If you think going back to hell is the best thing for you to do then I have no choice but to accept that, but if you really want to stay here. Can you accept that?" she asked, I sighed and held my hands on her waist

"You make me a better person, I wasn't the best person to be around back then, I was actually considered heartless, a flirt, sometimes even sadistic. But you, you make me want to be a better person, for myself and for everyone around me. I have to thank you for coming into my life and making me feel like the most amazing demon to walk earth" I smiled

"God I love you" she giggled and pecked my lips

"I'm not God, I'm the devil" I smirked

"Shut up"

"No you shut up"

"Do you really wanna start this again?" she asked

"Bring it on, hooman" I smirked

"Girls, it's time" Our necks snapped in the direction of Aelia's mother at the backdoor motioning for us to join her

Aelia climbed off my stomach and held her hands out for me, I took it and she pulled me up to my feet. She intertwined our fingers and we headed towards the door.

As I stepped foot inside the house, the warmth invaded me. The smell of golden baked pastry filled my nostrils, my eyes scanned the room to see everyone in the living room.
