The Sweet Beast

ARIEL'S POV

I was frozen on my spot. He moved his lips against mine slowly and gently. It was indeed my first kiss. I was too shocked to respond.
He pulled back realising my hesitation.
He looked at me with guilty eyes.
He looked down avoiding eye contact.
"I am sorry Little Love." He said looking down.
He turned around to leave but I held his arm. Stopping him from going away.
Even if I had not responded to his kiss, it doesn't mean I didn't like it. I liked it and I like him.
Though I am still confused about my own feelings, I wont let him be sad.

"You shouldn't be sorry. I....I liked it." I said blushing and looking down.

His head snapped at my direction.
His face had multiple emotions, confused,shock, guilty but finally it settled on happiness as he gave me breathtaking smile.

"You liked it?" He asked cupping my face.
I nodded.
"So you are not angry with me right, for kissing you?" He asked.
"I am not angry with you, Xander. I l-like you but I am confused. I don't understand my own feelings for you. I was afraid of you at first but now I know you will never hurt me. I was angry at you first but now I know I can never be mad at you. What are you doing to me Alexander?" I said looking into his beautiful orbs.

He only smiled at me.

"You're the one Ariel. You are indeed the one. I promise you, love, I will never hurt you. I will always love you. Oh you are my life, my breath, my everything angel. And I love you." He said.

I gave him a smile.

"I know Alexander, I will never leave you." I said.

He kissed me again.

And this time I kissed back.

This kiss was like him, rough and eager.

He was very dominant as he held my waist and lifted me off the ground a little.
While I being the short one here I held on to his shoulder for support while he devoured my lips.

He bit my bottom lip for permission but I decided to play a little.

So I denied access but a squeeze on my butt was enough for me to gasp and him to slid his tongue in my mouth.

His tongue was warm as he tasted each and every corner of my mouth.

I pulled on his hairs and he groaned.

We pulled away after a few minutes. Both panting heavily.

We looked into each others eyes and smiled.

He pulled me into his chest and nuzzled his face in my neck inhaling my scent.

I wrapped my arms around him.

"Lets get you to rest a little." He said as he carried me bridal style. I squeled at first wrapping my arms around his neck.

We walked towards the bedroom.

On our way I saw Michael smiling at us.

I blushed because of the position we were in.

Alexander opened the door of the bedroom with a kick.

He placed me on the bed.

He pulled the covers over me.

"I have a little work but I will be back soon. Till then you can sleep." He said.

He left the room and closed the door behind him.

I smiled as I remembered todays events.
He is so nice and sweet.

But then why everyone in the village is so scared of him.

They say he is dangerous and kills people.

Ofcourse he has done that but he has one the biggest heart.

And he is like a teddy bear.

He has many secrets and a lot of pain in his heart.

And I will make sure to take away all of his pain.

I wouldn't leave him ever.

I have started falling for him, hard.

I hope like me all the others will also see the good man in him.

He was so lonely until we met.

I feel so sad thinking about his state.

He is such a kind and loving beast.

My beast.

Soon sleep took over me.

I felt a pair of lips on my forehead.

I smiled in my sleep, already knowing who it was.

"You should wake up, love." Alexander said.

I stirred a little before cuddling him.

He chuckled at my laziness.

"Love, come on its time to go home." He said.

I groaned.

"I want to stay." I said.

He ran his fingers through my hair.

"As much as I want you to wait I also don't want you to get in trouble. The villagers are very smart. If they find out that you come here and visit me them maybe they will hurt you. Please Little one just go for now and then you can come back at night." He said placing a kiss on my head.

"Fine." I said before stretching my arms and yawning.

He chuckled.

I got up from the bed.

"Lets go. I will take you till the forest boundary." He said.

I nodded.

He picked me up in his arms.

"Hey I can walk." I said.

"But I like you in my arms." He said smiling.

I never knew the beast could smile at such little things.

"What is my little love thinking about?" He asked as we walked through the forest.

"I never knew you could be this nice." I said honestly.

"Well. Thanks to you because you made me like this. I myself never thought that I could ever fall for someone. That too someone human. Someone so beautiful, fragile and sweet. I love you Ariel."
He said.

I rested my head in the crook of his neck and closed my eyes.

This silence. This peace. It was something I was craving for all my life.

We soon reached the boundary.

He kept me down on the floor.

"There you go." He said.

"I will come at night Alexander. Bye." I said.

He leaned in and kissed me one last time.

"Bye love." He said.

I started walking to my house but I had a very nervous and bad feeling in my stomach. Like something was wrong. Something bad was going to happen.

I reached home and saw a few villagers and my gradma staring at me standing at the door.

"WHERE WERE YOU? AND DONT YOU DARE LIE TO ME?"
Grandma shouted at me.
