I was going for a happy hug and reunion for that last bit of the last chapter, but then I thought Minho should be given a chance to cry. He went through a lot of physical and emotional ride, after all.
Also, it feels like a circle, referring back to Frankie and Minho's moments in the Glade. She's using his words to comfort him, showing that she still remembers those little things.
I think (as an introverted person myself) crying in front of somebody shows how close you are to them as well.
