"Is anyone going to talk to me?" Her voice screamed out in frustration. The room she woke up in was...luxurious. The bed was king sized, the dresser had art on it and the walls had oriental flower decor. It surprised her when she opened her eyes and it wasn't a windowless dungeon, but a big room with unbreakable and seemingly soundproof windows instead. On the opposite side of the room was an entryway to a bathroom equipped with a chic tub and shower.

Sage's confusion deepened when a plate of breakfast and a basket of snacks were positioned on the coffee table. At first she was going to protest and not eat it, but then she began to starve and ended up eating the food anyways. Her curiosity allowed her to see the feminine and hygienic products stocked up in the bathroom cabinet, along with change of clothes in the dresser. Whoever was holding her hostage was very premeditated and it freaked her out but also annoyed her to the max. She had that one meal and was running low on the snacks already but  every few hours she would scream out and no one came to the room. Until now.

Suddenly, a man with curly dark hair and green eyes opened the door. He was a fit white boy with tan skin, he looked cautious stepping into the room. He stared at her sitting on the bed, the door locking behind him. She scooted back as he walked towards her. When he was right in front of her she looked away but he shook his head. "I'm not gonna hurt you."

"Why am I here?" She croaked

"Why am I here?" She croaked. She realized her throat was sore from all the yelling she did for the past two days.

The boy pursed his lips as if to signal he wasn't going to answer. He bent down and placed the back of his hand on her forehead feeling for a temperature. "You're warm but not feverish."

She pushed his hand away scoffing. "Can you answer me?" She screeched. She was tired of being ignored and needed some kind of response. All she remembered was hanging out with Luka but that was it. He had to be the one to take advantage of her, but she didn't know how or why. One minute she was listening to music and the next she woke up in this prison.

He rolled his eyes, "I don't even know who for or why I'm working here, I just follow orders. Please just cooperate." He held her gaze before standing back up. "Are you hungry?"

"No, I'm pregnant." She shot back. Her attitude was off the wall but given her situation it was to be expected.

"How far along?"

"Like almost 5 weeks." Sage felt sick at the fact that she had to reveal this news to someone before the man she's made the baby with.

"Ahh, that's why you're not showing," He bent down to her level again, "I'll be sure to tell my boss."

Sage crossed her arms over her chest and fell back, "Fuck you and your boss."

He stood up and looked over her while she was laying on the bed and watched her pout. She was so adorable to him, but he couldn't let that distract him. Last time he was given a job and screwed the girl, his head was almost on the line and this particular girl was in bigger shit than he could ever handle. Clearly. He didn't realize he was playing with the end of her hair and Sage's eyes were drooping again. She got up and crawled underneath the comforters, laying on her side.

"I'm going to bring you something to eat anyways. I'm Steven by the way." He informed her but all she did was pull the covers over her head. He shook his own before exiting the room. Sage cried herself asleep again.

Jay's plan to keep her hostage went as far as that, he didn't know what he wanted to do next. He knows if he reveals himself behind this operation to Sage (if she hasn't figured it out already), she would be livid but hopefully she'll learn to be complacent or maybe enjoy this new life.

He was heavily pondering when he heard a knock at his office door. He expected Marcus to be the face behind the door but his assistant appeared instead.

"What's up?" He greeted her. She was styled in her usual work attire, black slacks and a blouse with a red lip and her curls framing her face.

"Boss, your girl's pregnant." She said.

He had to mull this over to make sure he heard right, but this was the worst news he could receive. He knew exactly whose baby it was and it angered him.

"Fuck that, she gotta get rid of it!" He roared, pushing all the belongings on his desk onto the floor.

"How..." She was genuinely trying to figure it out.

"An abortion. Maybe the pill...something. I know those work, I made my exes take them." He was a professional at getting rid of unwanted pregnancies. He basically forced all his ex-girlfriends to terminate theirs after impregnating them. It wasn't like he didn't want a child, his mindset was that he could put a baby in her but no one else can. In fact, he was furious and resentful about this report, he wished she told her something else.

Scarlet stared at him, eyebrows raised in disbelief. She didn't realize how insane her boss was but she complied anyways. "Okay..."

"Yeah, we gon' call it Heaven cause that's where it's going." He said. On his watch at least.
