Chapter 26 | 𝕀𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡𝕤 𝔻𝕒𝕪 𝟙

(Y/N)'s POV:

    It was finally time for our internships to start me and the rest of class 1-A were at the train station with our hero costumes waiting to board the train "Everyone has their costumes right?" Aizawa asked us "Remember, you don't have permission to wear them out in public yet, and don't lose them or anything." Aizawa told us "Got ya!" Mina shouted "Speak properly. It's yes sir, Ashido." Aizawa corrected her "Yes sir..." Mina said "Make sure you mind your manners with the other heroes during your internships. Now get to it." Aizawa said "Yes, sir." The class said in unison. Iida started to walk away "Iida, wait!" Midoriya called as me Ochako and him ran up to Iida before he left "If you ever want to talk or anything let us know." I said, Ochako nodded her head agreeing with me "Yes." Iida replied and walked off to catch his train "I hope Iida will be ok." I thought and then walked to get to my train.

    I arrived in the city where Himawari agency is located and started to head to the agency. Once I arrived I was pretty intimated by her agency building "Oh god. I'm really nervous now." I though and walked in. Once I entered the building I saw a receptionist working at a computer "Um excuse me." I said walking up to her desk, she looked up at me "I'm (Y/N) Ishicu from UA high, I'm here for my internship." I said "Her office is on the top floor, you can't miss it." She told me and pointed to the elevator "Oh, and don't be nervous, Himawari isn't that bad." She assured me and gave me a reassuring smile, I smiled back and bowed to her and walked to the elevator "Deep breaths." I though and put my right hand to my chest and started trying to calm my nerves.

    I finally reached the top floor. There was only was room on this floor that was probably her office, there was a double door with gold handles and flowers and vines decorated the walls, there was a big window beside each door with vines going around them creating a frame "Wow, this is pretty." I mumbled, I then knocked on the door and entered, I looked around and her office was amazing, there were flowers and plants decorating the walls, her desk had flowers on it that looked like they'd been crystallized "This place is beautiful..." I mumbled "Glad you like it." I hear a female voice say from behind me, I turned around and was met with the face of Himawari.

The Flower Hero: Himawari - Her quirk: Flowers ~ She can create flowers from anywhere on her exposed skin, and can make the pollen from the flowers put people to sleep, poison them, etc. The only way it affects the person is if they breathe in the pollen.

    I backed up a bit and bowed "Thank you for taking me for this internship." I said, I could head her chuckle "No problem, I watched you fight at the sports festival, you made grate use of your quirk, and your hand to hand combat skills are... decent. One of the reason I requested for you was to help you get better control over your quirk, and to be able to use it longer and not be affected by your drawback so quickly." She said and walked over to her desk "So, durning this internship, me and you will mostly be going out on patrols. If there is any real problem with thugs or villains, then, I'm sorry to say, but you wouldn't be able to take part in much of the action. Since you don't have your license to use your quirk it's against the law for you do to do so, even if your saving someone's life. Do you understand?" She asked "Yes." I replied "Good, I'll show you to the room you'll be staying in for the week, grab your costume and change into it, I'm gonna take you out on patrol once you're ready." She said and started walking towards the door, I nodded and followed her.

    The room I'm staying in is pretty cozy "I'll be waiting in my office, just come in when you're done." She said and left. I unpacked my costume and changed into it, I then went into her office "I'm ready." I said "Great! Oh! Love the costume." She said with a closed eyed smile "Thanks." I replied. We soon left the agency and went out onto the streets "So I'm just gonna explain a little bit about how being a pro hero works. So us heroes are paid by the government,  but there's more to being a hero then that. A heroes duty is kinda straight forward and easy to understand. I'm sure you'll catch on quickly. When a crime occurs the police will contact us heroes, and we'll come in and handle the situation. We file reports on the services we provided, assisting with arrest, rescuing people, etc. Then a special agency looks at our work and decides how much we get paid." She explained "Now, some heroes in today's stage mostly what to become a hero for the sole purpose of money, fame and glory. But other heroes don't care too much about that." She told me "Do you know any heroes who only care about obtaining glory, fame and money?" I asked, she put a finger on her chin "Well the first person who comes to mind when I think of a hero like that is the number two hero, Endeavour." She said "Knew it." I thought "Thought, he also wants to have power, along with the fame and etc." She said and we continued walking "Some heroes would have side jobs, like being in commercials, tv shows, magazines, etc. I'm pretty sure you get the basic idea." She said "Do you do that stuff?" I asked "I try to avoid it, I'm to fond of it, Tv interviews are different thought. I don't mind doing those." She said.

    Before I knew it the first day of internships was over "Well, today was productive." Himawari said as we walked into her office "You know the basics of what heroes do on patrol and a little bit about how we get paid and stuff like that. Tomorrow is when your real training begins, so get some rest." She said "Right, thank you." I said bowing "No problem." She replied smiling. I then headed down to my temporary room, put my costume away and got into bed.
