Ch. 3 "Elijah"

                                                                      Kaley POV

After it got so late everyone had to leave which made it perfect for me, I thought, 

After I watched the clock hit midnight which I know the nurse would be passed out at the desk, I took all the wires off of my chest and the IV out of my arm, 

Then I looked both ways of the hallway, I didn't see anyone with that I walked right out of the hospital, 

I walked down the street, looking at everything around, I didn't get a chance to look around since I was running for my life, I thought, 

I had my hands behind my back as I casually strolled down the street, 

"Just seems like you're typical town," I mumbled since my throat healed already but I didn't tell anyone that, 

The less everyone knows the better, I thought 

My head was spinning in each direction taking in everything curiously,

Until I ran into someone, and fell on my bottom, 

"My goodness what is a little one such as yourself doing out this late?" The voice said 

I look up to see a man with dark hair and dark eyes, he was wearing a suit, I could feel the power coming off of him just like Rebekah, I thought 

I sniffed the air, he was a vampire a powerful one, 

"Here let me help you," He said grabbing my both my wrists gently helping me up, dusting me off, 

I got a really good vibe off of him like Rebekah, 

"Now mind telling me what you are doing out here all alone?" He said 

I kept my mouth shut, maybe if I play innocent he will let me go, 

I look up at him with puppy dog eyes, 

He smiled down at me, his smile seemed kind of sad, 

I held my arms up making grabby hands, 

He smiled, picking me up, 

"I can't just leave you out here all alone, hmmm how about I take you home with me until we figure out where you came from," He said as he carried me away, 

Soon we come to a big house, and enter, 

"Elijah where on earth have you bee-" A man said walking down the stairs, 

he had sandy hair and blue eyes, He was more powerful than Elijah and Rebekah, 

He wasn't Vampire or Were wolf it seemed like he was both? I thought, 

I tilted my head, as I was trying to figure him out,

"Who is this?" He asked 

"I'm not sure but I found her wondering the streets at this hour," Elijah said 

"Kaley?" I heard Rebekah, 

Everyone looked in her direction, 

"You know her?" Elijah said 

Rebekah nodded, 

"She's the one they found, she's the one who was covered in blood," Rebekah said 

Everyone looked at me, 

"She won't talk even though her throat is healed," Rebekah said 

Oh so they know great, I thought, 

"Well I think it would be best if we discuss this in the morning it's getting late, Rebekah could you?" Elijah said 

"Of course," Rebekah said taking me from Elijah 

Then we went up stairs, she took me in a room and set me on the bed then started going through her closet, 

"These should fit," She said 

putting some Pajama pants and a tee shirt on, 

then laid me in the bed, 

"Were going to talk in the morning get some sleep," She said tucking me in then shutting the door,
