As Astrid watched the stars from her cell window, she couldn't help but think of her non-privileged friends. How were they? Did they think of her? Would they remember her after she was dead?

She didn't have time to think about that because her cell door opened and three guards came in. They were all ready for Astrid to attack them. And that was what she would do. It has been a while since she fought so many people at once and she missed it. The adrenaline.

''Prisoner one-seven-five, face the wall and extend your right arm'' one of the guards said as he came a step further. Astrid could see the fear in his eyes. She stood up and carefully put her notebook in her back pocket so nobody could see it. That notebook was the most important thing Astrid had. She drew a photo of her mother, after a photo her father made two weeks before Astrid was born. She seemed so happy. Her fark brown hair was just past her shoulders. Her blue eyes were bright and the smile she had on her face could light up better then the sun. The only thing Astrid didn't get from her was the hair color. While Astrid's mother had dark brown hair, Astrid had beautiful blonde hair. But the eyes and the smile were the same. Well the eyes were. She didn't know if the smile was. She hasn't smiled in a long time. Next she had a drawing of her dad. He seemed so...alive. His blond hair was ruffled and his dark grey eyes were wide. In his arms, a five year old Astrid was grinning ear to ear. The next few pages she had drawings of her friends. She didn't want to forget anyone.

Astrid hid the notebook in her jeans pocket and put a finger on her chin, to make it look like she was thinking ''How about, no.''

The guards didn't have time to react until Astrid was already fighting them. She grabbed on of them and kneed him in the place the sun don't shine and elbowed him in the face. She pushed another guard with her foot and stomped on his ankle until she heard it break. The last guard was ready with a shock baton but you could see it in his eyes. He was terrified. It didn't take much to fight him. He basically past out half way through the fight. All it took was a punch in the nose. All three guards around her were either unconscious or unable to fight. Without anyone noticing, she bent down beside one of the guards and took his gun. She put it next to her notebook where nobody could see it.

She walked out of her cell and she could see all the delinquents getting dragged out of their cells screaming or unconscious. She was pretty much terrified by now. They couldn't kill all of them at once. She didn't have time to think much of it until she felt a pinch in her neck. She hissed and got a kind of dart out of her neck.

''Motherfucker'' she muttered and the last thing she saw was Marcus Kane and his crooked nose coming her way.

The headache Astrid woke up with was terrible. And beside that her right wrist hurt. There was noise. So much fucking noise. She slowly opened her eyes and she could see kids. Just like her. Some terrified. Some excited. And some in between. Just like her. She looked at her wrist and could see a metal bracelet that hurt like shit. A tap on her shoulder made her turn around. She came face to face with a brunette. She had bright green eyes and a small smile on her face.
