💐————————————————————💐 origins: (this is really long wtf sorry you don't have to read it)
🍂 initially, this was written for an english project. we needed to write a short narrative that had a theme on a particular social issue.
🍂 the idea came to me randomly, i thought about a flower shop and was reminded by a chapter on a story i read here on wattpad. i wanted to incorporate somehow symbolism of flowers, and also differences that make people "outcasts" in society.
🍂 originally, the characters were named simon and yuri, the first reason behind this was because i am absolutely in LOVE with those names and secondly because it symbolized something else.
🍂 when i first imagined and created simon, for some reason i imagined seonghwa who would suit the concept and character, and similarly i imagined yeosang with yuri. i intentionally kept it in such a way that simon and seonghwa both starts with the letter s and yuri and yeosang both start with the letter y, symbolizing how i imagine simon as seonghwa and yuri as yeosang.
🍂 since i so desperately wanted to turn the story into some sort of fan fiction (mostly a seongsang one) to satisfy my cravings, my extra ass sorta wrote it like fanfic. i also added more interactions and lines compared to the original story because our teacher wanted it strictly 1 page only and i was like !€£¥!!#$!! i want more interactions!! but sure whatever.
