The First Annual Commonwealth Ball was a calamity for Cinder. Starting the night with a plan to get out of the country and then ending up uncovering Levana's true face, being rejected by the Emperor and after that getting locked in the dungeons. But now it's a fresh start for both the people of Luna and Earth. With a new identity, Cinder is coming back to Earth as Queen Selene of Luna.

Emperor Kai is yet hosting another Annual Ball in New Bejieng this year. Invitations have been sent to all the Earthen leaders, the Rampion Crew, and most importantly the Queen of Luna. As the Rampion crew unite again, can they possibly enjoy this splendid even without any interference? Or will challenges be thrown in their faces like the last time? Several adversities are stalking around Earth during this time. It's up to the Rampion crew to save Earth and prevent any interruptions for this day. Is it possible for them to rise altogether or will things get darker...
