We had overheard Snape talking in the meeting however none of us saw him face to face. Molly called us down for dinner and most of the order were there also, minus Sirius, Snape and Dumbledore himself. I was curious as to why I had not been allowed to meet Sirius yet, but felt the time would come soon enough. The adults were all talking to Harry about the Daily Prophet and what had been written about Harry and Dumbledore whilst Tonks distracted us all by joking around with us and giving herself a beak for a mouth. I smiled along but couldn't help but get distracted by Harry's conversation. I was still unaware of most of what was going on and was confused as to why I am always left out of these conversations.

Lupin was answering all of Harrys questions about why this was happening, and it seemed as though Fudge had been manipulated into thinking Harry and Dumbledore were lying.

"Where did Sirius go?" Harry asked. Lupin stopped suddenly and glanced over at me, Harry gave a knowing look and they both fell silent.

"Follow me, Harry." Lupin said quietly as everyone looked around awkwardly.

"Can I come?" I spat out into the quiet air. Everyone's eyes widened and Lupin looked confused as to what to say.

"I need to talk to Harry privately, Amelia." Lupin said calmly.

"There's no need to lie." I remarked as they walked away. I wasn't as close to Lupin as the others as they completely left me in the dark in third year when they helped Lupin and Sirius. They told me that Lupin was a werewolf however wouldn't let me come along to the whomping willow or let me help Sirius escape. No one responded to what I had said, and Lupin and Harry simply stood up and walked out of the room. Did Sirius not want to meet me? I understand he has more reason to be proud of Harry than I, but I would hope he would at least want to meet me.

I stood from my chair angrily and followed them out of the room. I passed them opening a door next to the stairs to which Sirius was sat in. I made eye contact with him briefly before Harry grabbed me by the shoulders. I looked back at Sirius once more, but fear struck through his face causing me to become even more furious. I shoved Harry out of the way and stormed up the stairs, slamming the door behind me. I was hurt. Harry had told me so much about Sirius and how happy he was when they met, but clearly, I wasn't as great as Harry was and Sirius clearly had no interest in me. I skipped dinner and stayed in my room all night until Hermione came and joined me. She attempted to make small talk, but I was too upset to reply and simply ignored her when she tried to talk to me.

The next day was Harry's hearing. I skipped breakfast and didn't wish him good luck or speak to him at all. I couldn't help but think how disappointed my parents would be in me, I was the opposite of Harry and the opposite of them from what I've been told about them. No wonder I was a Slytherin. I wasn't brave, I was bitter. I wasn't loyal, I was jealous. These traits of mine become very clear at times like these. I knew I would soon get out of the slump and would get along with Harry, Ron and Hermione again, but I also knew how they would still feel differently about me than they do about one another. Maybe they didn't trust me or maybe they just forgot about me.

I spent the whole day in bed until Fred and George came in and disrupted my peace.

"Oh, Amelia" Fred faked sympathy.

"Someone ruffled your feathers?" George continued.

"Leave me alone." I huffed, covering my face with my pillow.

"Come on," Fred started.

"Give us a smile!" George continued. I rolled my eyes even though they couldn't see my face. As annoying Fred and George were, I appreciated them in times like this. George began trying to pull the pillow from my arms while Fred took it upon himself to use the tickling charm on me. I started giggling and the pillow was soon released from my arms.

"Stop- Stop it, Fred!" I managed to breath out.

"Only if you promise you'll come play a prank on Ron with us." They said in unison.

"Fine!" I scream as Fred finally lowered his wand. "Sometimes, I hate you two."

"You love us really." They said in unison once again as I sat up and Fred ruffled my hair.

Harry soon arrived back but I didn't take it upon myself to greet him or ask how the trail went as I was still angry with him. I did overhear that it went well and that all charges had been revoked, which I was secretly happy about. We spent the rest of the week barely speaking to one another and I ended up breaking my wall to Hermione as we were sharing a room and it had gotten slightly boring only conversing with Fred and George.

The week soon came to an end and we were all at Kings Cross station once again, ready to set off on the Hogwarts express. We had lost Harry and I had left the group anyways as soon as I saw Tracey, I was desperate to see her after the long summer. I said my goodbyes to Molly before running towards Tracey and wrapping her in a tight hug.

"I missed you!" I exclaimed.

"I missed you too" She replied. Before I let go of her, I caught eyes with Draco who was standing with only his mother. I released the hug and gave him a small smile and a wave to which he returned; his mother then turned to me also to see who he was waving at. Her stare wasn't harsh or rude however she barely had much expression on her face before she returned to look at Draco and say her goodbyes.

I then caught Cormac along the platform, and I walked towards him, he smiled at me before walking towards me. We greeted one another and said how much we missed each other before it was time to board the train. I ended up sitting with Cormac in a compartment with Harry, Ron and Hermione and it was slightly awkward for obvious reasons. Cormac was oblivious to this and continued to talk to us all the whole way there.
