"Can you like... shut up and distance yourself from me even just for a second?"

Mina said looking pissed on her annoying plane seatmate, Nayeon who's been bugging her since they entered the plane, blabbering nonsense things.

"Why?"

"Because you're annoying and too noisy."

Mina took the lead and pushed Nayeon away, making Nayeon back from her plane seat.

"But can you like hold my hand? Its kind of scary riding a plane because who knows if this would crash and–"

Before Nayeon could even finish what she's saying, she was cut off by Mina who scoffed.

"Then why did you even volunteer to come if you're afraid of riding a plane? Psh."

Mina doesn't hate Nayeon, not at all. It's just that she was assigned and was supposed to travel ALONE to Canada to settle a business but her Dad, who's so 'over-protective' about her, insisted that she should have a companion going there because it's a foreign country and she should have someone to accompany her.

Nayeon, on the other side, heard their talk as she works as Mina's Dad's Assistant so basically, she was just standing at the corner of the CEO's office while their having a talk and yeah, she volunteered on going with Mina to accompany her.

"Dude, you're spacing out. Seriously, why did you even volunteered? The h-ll?"

Because I like you... Nayeon said on her thoughts.

"Because you're Dad said you need to have a companion to accompany you on your trip to another country."

Mina looked at her in disbelief before rolling her eyes, leaning back from her seat and closing the connection from their plane seats.

What did I got myself into? she thought.

After hours of riding the plane, they finally arrived at the airport and was escorted to their hotel by one of their company's car.

"You're such a scaredy cat. We're already inside our hotel, Nayeon."

Nayeon formed an 'o' shape by her mouth and slowly release her hold from Mina's arm.

"Ms. Mina, we are already informed by your Dad about your schedules for tomorrow. The car will fetch you by 8 in the morning."

"Got it. Thank you. You may go now."

The guy just smiled and nod before leaving.

Mina then heave a sigh and plopped herself on the couch because of exhaustion, closing her eyes.

"Do you want me to massage you?"

Mina opened her eyes and saw Nayeon holding a glass of water, standing in front her.

"No, it's okay. You can rest now. I know you barely got to sleep on the plane earlier because you're too scared."

Mina shooed her away and once again closed her eyes.

Meanwhile, Nayeon just shrugged what Mina said and went behind her, slowly placing her hands on Mina's shoulders, gently massaging it.
