Rolling my eyes, I frowned a bit at Sam's message, curious and a bit suspicious as to why he wanted to take me on a date so badly. I didn't know him well out of school since we had different friend groups, though I did interact with him when I was still dating Terrence. Maybe my ex was behind all of this?
