Beetlejuice POV :
Words couldn't describe how happy I was that Y/N forgave me. I honestly couldn't go on if they left me alone. We were sitting on the roof, looking at stars and constellations. "I wonder.. if there was a sort of alternative way to come back to life. Or are we stuck here forever? Pondering on it is certainly interesting." Y/N said quietly.
"Maybe so, maybe not. Maybe we could research it or something. Not today, though, it's been busy enough as it is." I said. They smiled a bit at that. For now though, we'd just work on repairing our friendship. I was okay with that. I just wish we could go a bit further. Who knows, maybe we will?
A few weeks later. . .
Y/N's POV :
We were at a pretty good standpoint. Every night we would go out and see the stars and talk about life. I wondered how my family was doing. If I do pull off this whole returning to life deal, I knew I could never show my face there again. For obvious reasons, of course. I'd probably give them a heart attack. Still, I miss them a lot. As for the research, I found out that only under the full moon of a solstice could two ghosts hold hands, and chant some greek spell to return to life.
It's July currently, so it wouldn't be for a while. Still, it's something to look forward to. As long as some piece of shit doesn't mess it up. All I could do now is wait and hope. I'm okay with that, though.
