Eidos didn't make Rachel swear on the river Styx. It may have been the wrong move but Percy's loyal heart told him otherwise. Even if she did betray his trust, the demigods and gods were going to find out either way. He wasn't that stupid.
He just wanted to find a way to tell the rest of his old friends. He wanted them to know it from him and in a situation where he could explain, if needed. He didn't want to be stuck in a position where they knew and felt betrayed because he didn't tell them before.
His thoughts were interrupted with a very dramatic portal which appeared right in front of him, which in turn, was in front of the whole arena. Leave it to Chaos to dramatize every thing.
"Eidos, my trusty commander, how are you son?" He boomed.
People either would have been extremely scared at the creators familiar behavior, or would have have felt proud at reviving such treatment from the highest being, but Eidos was different. He was weary.
"What do you want, Chaos?" He knew that chaos had always been a no-nonsense kinda person, so the 'laying it on thick' was very out of the ordinary.
Chaos sighed, defeated. Eidos also knew when something was up with him, and now was no different. "There is another big-scale war on planet Coregis, so since you all are her, Coraline's and Xavier's units will be going there, so you guys are on your own. You could call the rest of the army, but I fear even they would be needed soon. A rebellion is brewing on the streets of planet Serapen."
Eidos processed the information within a few seconds and massaged his temples as the stress caught up to him. He had been depending on Cora's and Xavier's units to help them in the war, but now they would have to handle it themselves. He was confident they would win but the casualties....This won't end well.

Chaos knew that he was pilling a lot on top of Eidos but he could not help himself. Ever since Eidos became commander, everything just became too easy.
Eidos was always the one he went to when he needed something done. Eidos was always the one to pile his duties on his shoulders so that he could relax for once. Eidos was always the one he went to when he needed advice. And when he needed him, he was just making him more troubled.
He did not what to do, and as the creator, that wasn't good.
