The AN: Hello! I know you guys are wanting Harry and Aurora to kiss already, but hang in there with me for a bit longer. I'm trying to make this seem as realistic as possible. We're getting closer, I promise.

For now, enjoy this chapter. I think you guys will ;)

Over the next two weeks, mine and Harry's relationship blossomed like a flower. We were spending more and more time together and told each other secrets only close friends should know about. If we weren't walking the streets of Rome, we were in his apartment watching movies or at my place staying up late and talking. We had lunch together almost every day and always ended up at each other's place at the end of the day.

It was obvious between the both of us that we had feelings for each other. We both constantly flirted but never took it any farther. Neither one of us said anything about our feelings. Staying friends was keeping us going in the right track and neither one of us seemed to mind. We were both adults and knew how complicated dating and love was.

I still haven't told him about Niall, not feeling the need to. Anytime I told someone I used to be engaged to him, they freak out at the thought of me once being engaged to someone famous. I was eventually going to tell him, but I just wasn't sure how I was going to. It didn't seem important right now.

"We're here!" Liam's chipper voice wakes me up. My head was lying on Harry's shoulder in the backseat of Louis' car as I woke up, Harry just starting to wake up as well.

We had just arrived in Sicily, the car ride being ten hours long along with the boat ride. Thankfully, Harry had said yes when I had asked him to come with us, saving me from a week of third-wheeling.

"Come on, sleepyheads," Louis says before he gets out of the car.

I sigh, stretching my arms above my head as Harry rubs his eyes and lets out a small yawn, "I thought we'd never make it," Harry chuckles softly.

"Oh, so riding in the car with me was that bad, huh?" I smile, nudging his arm softly.

"Unbearable," Harry smiles back at me, causing me to roll my eyes.

We both get out of the car, grabbing our suitcases before entering the house Liam and Louis had rented for the week, "This is amazing," I smile once we enter the house, taking in its beauty.

"It better be. It cost a fortune to rent for the week," Louis replies.

We take a quick tour of the house, claiming which bedroom we would sleep in. Of course, Liam and Louis took the biggest one, leaving Harry and me to choose between the other two. Once Harry and I chose our rooms, I unpacked as fast as I could, wanting to just lay down and relax. With it only being four in the afternoon, the boys wanted to go ahead and spend some time on the beach, but I felt like I could sleep for days.

I fall backward onto the bed, sighing in relief once I'm done unpacking. The sheets were unbelievably soft as I run my fingers over them, already wanting to crawl into them and sleep.

"Sleeping again already?" Harry smiles at me from the doorway. I sit up onto my elbows, smiling back at him.

"Sadly, no," I sigh, tilting my head to the side a bit, "Although I'm pretty sure I slept on your shoulder for four hours straight."

"That you did," he chuckles, coming over to sit down beside me, falling onto his back.

We lay there, side by side, our chests rising and falling as we stare at the white ceiling. A sudden calmness washes over me and I feel myself starting to open up to Harry without even saying anything. It was as if he was reading every part of me, every single inch, without having to look at me or say anything. I was an open book, laid out in front of him and all he had to do was be there, not even having to see to read the pages front to back.
