【What If It Was Different? (Ishimondo and Naegami Story)】

There's needles peircing my skin, there's roses blooming from my eyes.

But the computer in my mind knew how to get us by.

I, kiyotaka ishimaru, Was the key.

Everyone gathered into the trial room, questions being flung at me from every step I took. My left eye began to turn a glitchy yellow.

I'm guessing The AI is trying to take over my mind.

"Taka! Explain what the hell is going on?!"

"Ishimaru how do you know? You aren't just bluffing are you?"

"Your scaring me..."

I took a hault at where I usually stand, the room way to familiar. I hate it here.

Everyone is looking for an explanation, so I must give one. I can already feel my memories slipping.

"An AI has been placed in my mind. I'm guessing this happens somewhere between chihiro's death and Celestia's execution when I was slammed in the head with a justice hammer. The AI told me That our previous classmate Junko Enoshima is the mastermind. I know it's not lying because it's Chihiro. Chihiro wouldn't lie to us."
My voice was monotone. I feel like a robot.

"Then, let's challenge this b*tch already!" Mondo confidently strode to his place and gave me a flashy grin.

"We can take anything on at this point!"

"You're right!"

Makoto then went to his place, no fear in his eyes whatsoever.

Where did the sudden confidence come from?

Toko, aoi, and byakuya then also stood at their stands. They were all looking at me.

I'm not even the protagonist, what is this? (He broke the 4th wall)

"PUHUHUHU! AHAHA YOU GUYS ARE HILARIOUS!"

Everyone turned their attention to the left.

Oh sh*t, It's Junko.

"HOW THE HELL ARE YOU ALIVE?!" everyone seemed to scream in unison,  clearly confused.

"I didn't die in the first place you losers! Now, Let's get this over with"

Junko strutted to her chair that monokuma sat in. But, it appears she is monokuma

"Now...this is a simple question. Hope or despair?"

What kind of question is that?

"What? What is the reasoning behind our answer?" Naegi began to angerly stare at junko.

Junko have naegi a devilish grin.

"It means, kill me or kill naegi. Of course, the outside world isn't like it used to be. So it's either be safe or all die together."

What now?

Hope or despair?

We aren't gonna give up now. Not after all we've been through.

"NO, THATS WRONG!"

-End of Trial-

It feels as if a curtain was set back, we watched as Junko was brutally killed by her own game. Execution after execution, it was terrible to watch.

But it all felt so clear now. A weight lifted from my shoulders.

Mondo took my hand in his as the door to freedom opened. Those metal bars we've seen from day one were released to see the outside world once again.

Everyone had a light in their eyes, aoi screamed with joy and took toko's hand, which clearly surprised her as toko tried to get away. But they were already running to the light.

"H-hey wait for us!" Naegi yelled and runned out, he had clear tears in his eyes. But they weren't those pained tears he had before, they were tears of joy as byakuya steadily walked out behind him.

For once, byakuya was smiling.

I looked over to mondo, the AI side of me slowly fading and the real me surfacing.

"Hey, once we're out of here. Let's live together."

"W-what?! Isn't that kind of forward mondo...?"

"Not unless you're not ready?"

"O-of course! I'd love to!"

"Then, let's get out of here."

Mondo took my face in his hands and kissed me the most passionately he ever has, he then took my hand in his.

Before we could say goodbye to this hell hole, I looked over the trial room one last time. Memories of ever trial we've been through running through my mind.

Leon, Sayaka, Hiro, Hifumi, Celestia, Kyoko, Sakura.

They will always be in my heart.

"Rest in peace my fallen classmates, we did it" I smiled in victory as me and my mondo, walked into the light.

I couldn't help but wonder however,

What if it was different?

I just wanted to say, thank you thank you thank you guys so much for reading this book! I tried really hard and this chapter isn't as good as the others! But I ended it off on a good ending. This is the end of the book, but I'm going to make a chapter for if you want anymore ishimondo/naegami content!
